Relaxing week

Very nice property, comfortable beds and furniture. Brought our own bedding and towels, didn’t expect to have to supply shower mat and tea towels. Nice outdoor private space but NO Spa tub as described in inline listing. We arrived early and Florence kindly let us in. Don’t depend onGPS to find the accommodation.

Eine wundervolle Unterkunft, die unseren traumhaften Urlaub abgerundet hat!Ein sehr stilvolles und gleichzeitig gemütliches Bruchsteinhaus, was mit alten Möbeln sehr authentisch wirkte.Dennoch alles modern - vom Badezimmer bis zum Schlafzimmer!Der Garten großzügige Garten mit den Obstbäumen ein schöner Rückzugsort an den warmen Tagen und wir haben uns auch sehr über die Vogelvielfalt gefreut!Leider war die Ausstattung in der Küche, wie man es allerdings insgesamt bei Urlauben in Frankreich kennt, nicht so gut und zusammen gewürfelt.Da wir täglich frisch kochen, war das etwas schade. Ansonsten alles top!!!

Séjour Toussaint

Très joli petit gîte, très propre et bien rénové, dans un environnement calme et verdoyant. Quelques ombres au tableau : Manque quelques équipements : ustensiles cuisine, kit pour poêle à bois (pas de pinces, de seau à cendres etc ...) Seulement 2 fauteuils, et aucun canapé, dans un gîte pour 4 personnes, et une literie médiocre : lit double 140 cm, au matelas inconfortable, pareil pour les lits jumeaux. Gite sûrement parfait pour l'été, si vous passez votre temps dehors, moins adapté à la mauvaise saison.

Pirou gite Eugène

We hadden een leuk verblijf in Pirou. Het huis is proper en verzorgd en heeft een grote, gemeenschappelijke tuin. Het is wel ongeveer 15 à 20 min wandelen tot aan het strand, alsook tot aan de dichtstbijzijnde bakker. Dat was iets verder dan wij verwacht hadden. In de omgeving veel mooie stranden en wandelgelegenheid.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung Ein Minuspunkt: leider keine leichten Bettdecken vorhanden, also wenn möglich ( bei Anreise mit dem Auto) eigene bezogene Bettdecken mitbringen ( unsere Anreise nach Paris war mit dem Flugzeug)

Schöne Normandie

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus mit dem Garten war noch schöner als es auf den Fotos zusehen ist. Sehr sauber und ansprechend ausgestattet. Sehr ruhig gelegen und in 15 Minuten ist der Strand und die Bäckerei zu erreichen. Dieses Haus können wir zu 100% empfehlen.

Florence und Philippe Painsecq sind äusserst freundlich, zuverlässig und hilfsbereit. Das Haus entspricht dem Beschrieb, sehr gemütlich, sehr ruhige Lage, gut heizbar inkl. Schwedenofen, das meiste ist vorhanden, ausser Bettwäsche, Bad- und Küchentücher. Wir gehen gerne wieder Mal in's EUGENE, allerdings eher im Frühling oder Herbst.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus in der Normandie in unmittelbarer Nähe des Atlantik

Die Umgebung und das Haus mit Austattung, Garten und Grill hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Für 4 Personen ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Besteck und Geschirr könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieterin war stets sehr vorsorglich.

Ruhige Wohlfühloase

Ein wunderbar kleines Ferienhaus (Doopelhaushälfte) über 2 Etagen, unten Wohn-/Ess- Küchenbereich, offen gestaltet, und ein kleines Bad mit schöner, offener Dusche und Toilette. Oben zwei Schlafzimmer mit kleinen WC. Herrlich großzügige Terrasse (Südausrichtung), der sich ein großer Garten anschloss mit gemauerten Holzkohlegrill, alles wie beschrieben und richtig schön! Die Küchenausstattung ist ok, mit Induktionsherd, Backofen und Mikrowelle. Wir hatten einen eigenen kleinen Grill dabei, die Lauferei durch den Garten war uns zuviel 😉. Alles in allem ein schöner, ruhiger Aufenthaltsort, am Dorfrand. Der Spaziergang zum Markt sonntags und mittwochs ist aber leicht zu bewältigen. Tolle, sehr kommunikativ verlässliche Vermieterin. Danke Florence! Es waren 14 erholsame Tage! Ausflüge zum Utah und/oder Omaha Beach sind unerlässlich und unbedingt zu empfehlen! Aber auch das gesamte Umfeld, von Coutances (Jardin de Plantes) über Cherbourg (La Cité de la Mer) ist abwechslungsreich und interessant!

Wunderbares Cotentin

Wir waren zum ersten Mal gemeinsam in der Normandie und die Ecke des Cotentin war eine tolle Wahl. Ein wenig wie Dänemark, manchmal auch schon etwas Bretagne, viel Meer und tolle Strände,, leckeres Essen und viel Sonne- was will man mehr? Unsere Unterkunft mit schöner Terrasse, 2 Schlafzimmern, einem großen Wohn-Küchenbereich und einem schönen Bad war klein aber ausreichend. Unser Fußballer konnte im Garten kicken und wir konnten auf der Terrasse oder unter Apfelbäumen auf Liegen lesen. Der Weg zum Strand war ein ordentlicher Spaziergang an einer größeren Straße. Der Strand in Pirou Plage ist perfekt, vor allem auch wegen des Meeres-Pools!

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben in der Ferienwohnung Eugéne 11 wunderbare Tage verlebt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön ruhig und ländlich und man ist schnell am wunderschönen Strand von Pirou. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Bettwäsche und Handtücher muss man allerdings selbst mitbringen. Bei der Bettwäsche sei hier nochmal der Hinweis gegeben, dass man mit seiner „üblichen deutschen“ Bettwäsche nicht weit kommt, da die französischen Maße irgendwie ganz anders sind. Wir haben somit einfach ohne „Inlett“ geschlafen. Das ist im Sommer kein Problem im Frühjahr oder Herbst, ist das sicherlich anders. Wir waren das erste mal in der Normandie und uns haben die vielen tollen Strände begeistert! Es sind Naturstrände, mit einer schönen Dünenlandschaft im Hintergrund, wir waren Anfang Juli hier und es war nie irgendwo überfüllt, eher das Gegenteil, teilweise waren wir allein am Strand. Es gibt viele Ausflugziele in der Nähe und auch in etwas weiterer Entfernung. Supermärkte sind auch gut zu erreichen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns gut erholt! Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier unseren Urlaub verbringen!!
