Great place! But no elevator for the levels. I did not see to much facilitys for a handicap! The card that open the doors always has a problem and need to be replaced all the time. The breakfast is a medium and not to much options. I ask the attended to boiled a egg for me and she told me that need to be paid appart of the breakfast. First time that I see this situation.

O hotel é bem localizado, mas não está tão centralizado. De qualquer forma, a estrutura é muito boa... acomodações amplas, novas e limpas. O atendimento foi bom, mas algumas melhorias podem contribuir com um melhor atendimento ao cliente. O primeiro ponto é verificar a questão do pagamento de acordo com a plataforma. Quando fiz a reserva, escolhi o método de pagamento na propriedade. Mas, antes de chegar no hotel, já estavam tentando debitar o valor no meu cartão. Outro problema que ocorreu foi referente a uma obra no corredor em que eu estava instalado. Em torno das 7h30, as pessoas responsáveis pela execução da obra começaram a posicionar o material em frente aos quartos, com barulhos significativos e que atrapalhavam quem ainda estava dormindo. Apesar de ser chato, o problema maior foi que um colega fez uma reclamação na recepção e uma das moças que estava no atendimento não gostou. Ficou de cara feia e retrucou. Dá para ver que a pessoa não estava preparada para escutar críticas. Provavelmente, caso eu volte à cidade, pretendo ficar em outro hotel, para que as pessoas comecem a aprender a lidar melhor com algumas questões.
