We had a mixed experience, though the stay itself ended up being fine. The property is in an ideal location—smack in the middle of downtown Pinehurst and walkable to just about every shop and restaurant. The home provided all the essentials and served as a convenient home base for our trip.However, we had a major glitch with finalizing the booking just two hours before check-in. Unfortunately, the host was not very helpful during this time; communication felt automated and my direct questions weren't answered. I was unable to reach anyone via the provided phone number, and I eventually had to contact VRBO corporate to resolve the issue and gain access.While the check-in process was incredibly stressful, I would still consider booking again simply for the convenience of the location.

This was a very nice and clean property. The kitchen was well equipped as well as the laundry room. The only small issue was the small shower spaces. Everything else was good and it is conveniently located near shopping. Thank you for allowing my family to have the experience.

Fantastic house… perfect combination of upgrades and old school vibes. House was very clean and well stocked. Great location as well. Unfortunately the yard doesn’t meet the same standard, bit of a mess and overgrown… could def use some maintenance.

Perfect for our Trip...

The cottage is comfortable, well appointed, and very convenient to area golf courses and restaurants. The village is within walking distance, and Maxie's is basically your neighbor. The reservation process and communication were excellent, and the instructions provided were clear and complete. We would definitely stay again.

Great location in Pinehurst

A group of tennis friends stayed in this home for the weekend and it was perfect for our group. Being so close to the resort, downtown shopping and restaurants was extremely convenient. The home is well equipped, clean, quiet and updated.

US KIDS Worlds

This house was perfect for our family. It was super convenient to the golf courses. Our child was competing in the US Kids Worlds golf tournament at Pinehurst #5. The drive was less than 5 minutes. The house was clean and very comfortable. We will be back in the future.
