Our room was subpar. We have stayed many times at this hotel with our small dog. We were charged $50 for our pet which was expected but the room was in poor condition. The desk chair covering was shredded. There was no way that it could be wiped down, sanitized or patched. There were additional wear and tear ares at the bottom of doors and surfaces. Reception was not helpful in resolving or addressing our complaints.
