Discover this fabulous 3-bedroom gem in Pilot Point. This farmhouse boasts 1 queen bed and 5 twin beds, perfect for a cozy retreat. With a full laundry room, heating, AC, an iron, and a hair dryer provided, guests will feel right at home. The upstairs suite has a sofa and love seat with a full bath, refrigerator and microwave for hanging out away from the main living area. This makes for the ultimate master suite! The 2 full bathrooms come equipped with hair dryers, towels, soap and shampoo for added convenience. Back patio is perfect for lounging for up to 6 people and the front porch has 2 rocking chairs and a porch swing that let you look out to the beautiful acreage, longhorn steers and miniature donkeys. Also in the front yard is a firepit with 6 Adirondack chairs for cooler evenings. No pets are allowed for their own safety due to the livestock near the property. We hope you'll enjoy this brand new home and love your stay at our modern farmhouse!
