CWC Bestie/Duo Hub: Aesthetic Queen Suite & Shared Luxury Lounge

☀️ [JUNE – AUG DROP] The Cozy Queen Setup for Content & Cables – Unit 2 🏄‍♂️

The real summer shred season is just heating up. If you don't need a massive villa but still want an aesthetic, high-vibe place to crash with your favorite person, Unit 2 is the move. We’ve unlocked exclusive June-to-August rates for this premium private queen suite. It's tucked away in the peaceful Central Park Subdivision, meaning you can skip the traffic and walk straight to CWC via our private backyard gate in under 3 minutes.

🛌 Cozy Vibes Meets Shared Luxury

The Duo Sanctuary: Ditch the shared bunk beds. This room features a plush Queen Bed perfect for two, a dedicated Smart TV for late-night streaming, and a private ensuite bathroom so you can get ready without a wait.

The Social Hub: Step outside your door into a massive, modern shared living room and a fully equipped Chef’s Kitchen—perfect for mixing up pre-workout or blending post-cable smoothies.

The Deep Freeze: The humidity outside is real, but our powerful central AC keeps the entire house at absolute fridge temperatures.

🌴 June – August 2026 Hotlist

You are literally steps away from the biggest summer events:

CWC National Wakefest (June 3 – 6): The premier wakeboarding event of the year is kicking off right now. You can literally hear the cables from the property.

CamSur Marathon (June 14): The ultimate stress-free base for runners and hype crews looking for a quiet place to rest before race day.

Calm Sea Excursions: June to August brings the smoothest waters of the year, making it prime time to grab the squad and book a boat to the Caramoan islands or Calaguas.

🏛️ Unit Highlights

Zero Commute: Direct access to CWC via the private backyard gate.

Tech-Ready: Private in-room Smart TV + high-speed Wi-Fi for uploading your reels, TikToks, and wake clips.

Quick Runs: Less than 15 minutes to Vista Mall for grocery restocking and 20 minutes from Naga Airport (WNP).

⚠️ Important Notes

Guest Age: Primary booker must be 18+.

Neighborhood Etiquette: We love high energy, but please keep it at the cable park! This is a quiet residential subdivision, so loud parties are a no-go.

Safety First: 24/7 exterior surveillance cameras (no audio) are active for your security.

Community Living: The kitchen and lounge are shared with other guests. Treat the space—and your housemates—with respect!

I will not recommend this property. The profile picture is misleading. It is not using the property itself but of Caramoan area. I paid for location as in the picture but instead it’s in an undeveloped subdivision. We had to call the caretaker for few times because we got lost as not enough instruction to find the property and when we found it, we couldn’t open the room because the instructions were wrong. Staying here is quite pricey for its rate and not worth it so I would definitely not recommend staying here. The owner should change the picture as it doesn’t depict the property, totally misleading. I should have reserved the cabin in the CWC compound, with lower cost.
