The townhome was very nice and a good shape. The issue was when we arrived very cold outside and the room itself was 44 when we went in there also the TV did not work once I called the host. He said they were aware and were ordering a new one and waiting for it to come in that evening. Found out the light plugs did not work in the kitchen. Sent him a message. Received a message in the morning so they’re going to send somebody out.Since we were staying with a pet and all of our stuff there, I specifically asked not to have anybody come out when we were not there to let me know and we’ll make arrangements to be thereWe’ve gone out the next day on an excursion came home, and there is a man in the kitchenThank God, our pet did not get out. She was terrified hiding up in one of the bedrooms shaking also apparently a maintenance man was in there before because the guy that was working on the plugs. Said the maintenance guy had already been there and that was an issue with the TV. Not that the TV was broke. The plugs were not working Like I said a townhome was nice. Parking was a little tight was mostly clean, but the issue was specifically asked three times not to have anybody come over without us being there was told that was no problem. They will contact us and coordinate with us that was not done. Thank God our small dog did not get out that would’ve been a huge problem.
