We had a blast! The cabin was more cozy than expected, beds were really comfortable, and kitchen had everything a cooker wish for. The jacuzzi was already warm up and ready to relax.Internet can fail during bad weather, but they had DVD player/ movies, books and family friendly games to enjoy, or can enjoy arkades and pool table too. Extra towels and linens were provided. Would definitely come back!

4th of July Getaway

We had a great time; the cabin was really just like the photos. My only comments are that the grill outside is a little rusty and the drive through the complex to the cabin is a bit steep...but we loved playing the old style arcade games!

Pigeon forge trip

Nice location, close to everything . A couple trees fell on to the cabin while we were there. Did a little damage on spouting, I'm not sure if there was any more, it definitely gave us a scare. But other than that it was a very nice cabin.

Good location, close to everything. Comfortable beds. 6 adults fit, but 8 would be tough. They even had a Christmas tree up! Safe neighborhood too.

We really appreciated the fact that already had dishes and silverware ready for us to use. Though we did find trash hidden in some places and stained covers; overall the cabin was amazing! My family enjoyed the arcade game and the pool table.... And we couldn't get enough of the hot tubs and board games. I think our stay was well worth it's price.

Crammed in the midst of a BUNCH of neighbors, is a cute and quaint Bear Retreat. I wouldn't recommend more than 4 people. It says parking for 3 but that would be for compacts or motorcycles. We had a Ford Edge and a Chevrolet full size truck with barely enough room. It is on a hill. One of our neighbors used a rock to put behind the tire.

Looks better in the pics

Pros: close to everything in PF. Plenty of towels, etc. Nice appliances. Set up for cooking. Cons: Couches, beds, cabinets quite worn out. Trying to get front door to open with key code was a NIGHTMARE each time. No keurig Only pot. Cabin on hill behind us could see right into upper bathroom. Hung a towel. Kids in cabin up behind us sounded like they were running on our roof when they were on their deck. Throw blanket smelled like urine or Chinese food. Not sure.
