Property needs to be better maintained

My overall impression was that the grounds and facilities of the resort lacked in maintenance - Entrance water feature was not working, building patch jobs were incomplete, Indoor hot tub was not working. In our cabin, Almost Heaven, the washing machine did not work and there was a leak under the sink. In the downstairs bedroom the TV had no cable or streaming device, so it was useless. The private hot tub looked as if it hadn't been cleaned. Customer Service was contacted the first day we were there and neither issue was attended to the whole week that we were there. I can say that the location of Big Bear Resort was the best thing about it. But, overall, our stay was just mediocre. This gets 3 stars mainly for location.
