Wonderful stay in Versilia!

We very much enjoyed our week at this very lovely villa. It had all the things we expected and the pool and outside sitting areas were great! Bianca Maria was also very helpful with all our questions and needs. We will definitely return!

Great villa in brilliant location with a fantastic pool!

The villa offers plenty of space for families with a lovely flowing downstairs layout. The downstairs houses a kitchen area, a dining table and a step down to a lounge area with sofa bed and armchairs (with satellite tv). Also at ground level along a corridor are a double bedroom with ensuite shower room, a shower room and a kids room with bunk beds. Upstairs has a double room ( with limited height sloping ceiling), a bathroom (with half bath) and twin room (one bed is a camp bed). There is no baby cot at the villa, the cot listed is the camp bed but a highchair is available. It's situation is brilliant, a 10 minute walk to the beach (with a pushchair & toddler!) and the roads around it pretty quiet. The garden is totally enclosed and a wraps the house so good for kids however the pool is not fenced off so care should be taken. The pool is huge and has a jets at one end which was unexpected! The owner and caretaker were very helpful. I cannot recommend this villa enough and hope to return again soon! Thanks to all at Sala Luigi

Wir waren als 5er-Gruppe fĂŒr 4 NĂ€chte in der Nebensaison dort. Das Objekt ist sĂŒĂŸ, eigentlich ruhig gelegen und wirkt aufgerĂ€umt, kĂŒrzlich renoviert und sauber. Die Übergabe erfolgte mĂŒndlich, ohne Protokoll. Negatives: Flecken auf den Kissen fĂŒr den Außenbereich, teils schwarze Fugen in der Dusche, ein nicht funktionierender Backofen und Abzugshaube, ein Pool mit hunderten abgelösten Fliesen und schmutzigen WĂ€nden, zahlreiche Lichtinstallationen die nicht funktionieren, bauliche MĂ€ngel im Innen- und Außenbereich, eine kleine Ameisenplage und noch viele Kleinigkeiten. Schön war, dass die Heizung schnell und gut funktionierte und das Internet nach BemĂ€ngelung auch seinen Dienst tat. Wir haben es uns trotzdem schön gemacht aber in Anbetracht des Preises war es das nicht wert.

Wunderschöne Zeit

Wir haben sehr schöne Ferien in Marina di Pietrasanta verbracht. Es fehlte an nichts - das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und mir viel Liebe gestaltet. Zum Strand und zum Zentrum sind es mit dem Fahrrad nur wenige Minuten. Auch nach Forte dei marmi kommt man gut mit dem Rad. Bei Fragen stand uns Stefania sofort zur Seite. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Dankeschön fĂŒr die wunderschöne Zeit.

Sehr tolles Haus in super Lage

Das Haus ist grösser als es auf den Bildern schein, vor allem Wohn-und Essbereich hatten wir uns kleiner vorgestellt. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr geschmackvoll und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet, die KĂŒche mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir waren zu 6., das war perfekt so. Kommunikation mit Vermieter und HaushĂ€lterin nett und unkompliziert. Wir hatten 3 Tage sehr viel Regen und KĂ€lte, aber das HAus war gut beheizbar und gemĂŒtlich, wir haben AusflĂŒge nach Pias, Lucca und Florenz unternommen. Die Lage im ruhigen Wohnviertel war perfekt, innerhalb 10min am Strand. Forte dei Marmi und Viareggio sind schnell per Fahrrad oder auch per langem Spaziergang am Strand erreichbar. Wir wĂŒrden auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder kommen, wir können es uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen.

Gezellig huis

Gezellig huis. Bedden zouden van betere kwaliteit kunnen zijn. De douche in de derde badkamer is enkel geschikt voor kleine kinderen helaas. Daardoor hebben we jammer genoeg maar twee badkamers kunnen gebruiken. Ontvangst is goed, aardig dame, maar spreekt helaas geen woord anders dan Italiaans. De buren waren aan het verbouwen, slechts enige hinder van gehad. Verder een prima huis en 10 minuten lopen naar her strand.

Lovely house with 3 bathrooms, many nice seating possibilities in the garden, country house style furniture near to the beach. Very kind people responsible for showing the house. Check if building activities are near the house, because in Marina there is always someone Building so that may be disturbing if you want a day at the pool. For us it was perfect.

Ein wunderschönes Haus

Wir, 2 Erwachsene 3 Kinder, haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Toll waren fĂŒr uns die 5 FahrrĂ€der, die wir mitbenutzen durften. Das Haus hat eine super Lage, nicht weit vom Strand und Restaurants in der NĂ€he. Die Reinigungsdame war sehr, sehr zuvorkommend und nett und hat sogar eine deutsche "Übersetzerin" zur HausĂŒbergabe mitgenommen. Der Vermieter war gerade in Amerika und per Whats App gut zu erreichen allerdings etwas unfreundlich. Jederzeit zu empfehlen.

A very nice location for a perfect vacation for the whole family.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Pool als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr unseren Familienurlaub. Lediglich das dritte Schlafzimmer ist nicht fĂŒr Erwachsene geeignet. DafĂŒr ließ sich die Wohnzimmer Couch kurzerhand umfunktionieren. Alles in allem perfekt und gemĂŒtlich. Gaia besorgte uns Kohlen fĂŒr den Grill und Luigi stand fĂŒr alle Fragen zur VerfĂŒgung. Wir fĂŒhlten uns sehr wohl. Familie Urban
