Hard to find

The hotel was hard to find. The location on hotels.com is incorrect. They have a sign that is obscured by other hotel signs on the main street. The hotel is hidden and about two blocks from main traffic. My stay was great after l found the hotel and they have a great breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel is not well maintained. Towels were falling apart, beds were very uncomfortable, the bedroom had a weird smell (between old, moldy and dirty). If you have kids and are just looking for a place where to crash, for the price this might be the best option. I do not recommend it.

front desk and restaurant staff really nice but when i got to my room my toilet was dirty and my sink was stuck with what it look like toilet paper no clean towels and i seen the cleaning ladies told them they got upset because i made them clean my restroom

Best Western Plus is 3rd hotel name change. There were no washcloths or hand towels. Asked for some received towels for floor. The sink drained VERY SLOWLY. The push button toilet tank kept getting stuck so restroom use was an issue. Mattresses are VERY HARD. Mini split unit cooled great but with lots of noise. Food is great in restaurant unfortunately service is not. We had a young dedicated waiter but he had no help from anyone although he was new. The restaurant was NOT busy but other waiters and hostesses glued to movie on TV set. Wifi spotty.

Great stay

It was a nice hotel very clean and staff was friendly. Parking lot is fenced keeping vehicles safe. And as for breakfast I’m heading downstairs to see what they have, but for the most the hotel and location is nice

Booking online. U need to get there before 5pm.beacuse the manager lock the office and nobody have access to ur Reservetion and u have to pay to have ur room. Then u have to wait to 9am to fix ur payment.. need to fix problem (happens to me several times.good Personal. Good rooms. Great food
