Located in a central but quiet area, what better place to relax than on the deck under the flowering silk tree, have a BBQ, play on the lawn or have a game of pool and darts in the games room.
Amble 3 minutes down the road to the marina (which has a Bar/Restaurant, chandleries, launching ramp, boat hire etc.) - the main gateway to the Marlborough Sounds! Picton is 5 minutes drive away and the vineyards of Marlborough are just 30 minutes away. Plus so much more.

Fabulous for the whole family
We all said wow when we walked in. It was beautifully clean and fresh. The layout of the house worked very well for our family. And the marina is just walking distance so we could bring the boat back to the house rather than paying to park

We had a wonderful time and the property was perfect for our group. Having the games room was a bonus for evenings and when the weather was wet. Lou was wonderful and always happy to help with any questions. Would love to come back again

Fantastic stay
Fantastic stay!! comfortable, clean and very roomy! We were able to enjoy the back garden and deck in the afternoon sun and captains cave in the evenings!
