Comfortable and Homely Feel

Hopped off the ferry in Picton and straight to the Jasmine hotel. Easy parking. Huge suite with two bedrooms and plenty of sitting room and amenities. Very clean and the staff friendly. Just what we needed after a hectic few days in the north island. Recommend it. Close to a selection of eating options as well which was good as we got there just on tea time.

This is not a fancy place, but it had lots of space and a nice little kitchen. We could finally spread out and it was well lit, which is a rarity. Convenient location walking to restaurants, grocery and coffee shops.

The Place to Stay in Picton

Just amazing. If you are travelling from the North Island to the South Island or vice versa, this is probably one of the most PERFECT motels in NZ. Bed super comfy and shower piping hot and eateries and supermarket quite literally a stone's throw away.
