The hotel is beautiful. I felt very welcome as a solo traveler. The staff were very friendly and spoke English which made answering any question a breeze. They also us Whatsap to assist you during your stay. Food was also very good. Breakfast was to order and included! The hot tub was easy to book. Will be back.

Great hotel, with amazing views. Staff was courteous, food was excellent. My only complaint would be is, the mattress was very tough to sleep on. Myself and my wife didn’t sleep well.

Incredible hotel and setting. Amazing views and access to the beach and local restaurant. Comfortable and clean. Service not the best but perhaps just their approach / laid back way of living. Would still highly recommend

Phenomenal Hotel

10/10 - This hotel is beyond exceptional. The service is amazing and the staff goes above and beyond to help you or accommodate your needs. The hotel itself is beautiful and the views are phenomenal. Additionally, the location was perfect for surfing punta de lobos as well! We highly recommend this hotel and will stay here when we come back!

O Hotel Alaia possui uma ótima infraestrutura e o atendimento da equipe é incrível! Entretanto, algumas observações devem ser observadas: - café da manhã: para o padrão do hotel, o cardápio é MUITO restrito e eles cobram por qualquer pedido além de 1 opção doce e 1 opção salgada. Pedi frutas adicionais e me cobraram. Achei absurdo para o padrão do estabelecimento. - restaurante: a comida é ok, talvez mas tem algumas falhas de execução. No restaurante de praia, por exemplo, estava faltando pão para o sanduíche. Então comi um sanduíche sem pão pq era a única opção que tinha. Com todo o recheio menos pão. É pra isso não teve desconto algum.
