Guten Tag,ich und meine Frau waren im letzten Jahr auch schon in diesem Haus und waren so begeistert, daß wir es in diesem Jahr wieder gebucht haben….Aber …In diesem Jahr gab es wohl einen Mäuse oder Ungeziefer Befall in der Dachunterkonstruktion.Meine Frau hat die ganzen Nächte kein Auge zugetan und mir ging es genauso…Es war ein permanentes Krabbeln und Kratzen in der Decke (Dachkonstruktion) in der Nacht zu hören, was ein schlafen unmöglich machte …Für diese Information sollten sie uns sehr dankbar sein und eine Entschädigung in finanzieller Hinsicht wäre mehr als angebracht.Ich behalte mir ansonsten vor rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten.Mit freundlichen Grüßen Familie Lorenz

Ein tolles Ferienhaus in extrem schöner Lage mit Blick auf den Comer See ❤️
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei sonnigem Herbstwetter. Das Haus liegt sehr schön oberhalb des Sees mit traumhaften Blick zum See. Es war sehr sauber. Morgens konnten wir in der Sonne auf der Terrasse frühstücken. Die Heizung gab uns am Abend wohlige Wärme. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, vom Haartrockner, Mikrowelle, ausreichend Geschirr, Töpfen und Pfannen, bis hin zum Ferseher .

Schönes Ferienhaus in günstiger Lage
Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund im Haus. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, gut ausgestattete Küche, netter Balkon mit Morgensonne und Blick über den See. Man kann den Kamin anheizen und auf der Galerie schläft es sich gemütlich. Das Haus liegt an einer kaum befahrenen Straße, die hoch in die Berge führt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war absolut unkompliziert, keine versteckten Kosten. Das Rauschen des Baches hört man im Haus kaum. Alles wie beschrieben. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen!

Ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit Seeblick
Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und liegt ruhig oberhalb des Sees in einem dünn besiedelten Bereich.
Pianello ist gut geeignet als Stützpunkt für Wanderungen am und oberhalb des Comer Sees.
Alan war sehr hilfbereit und freundlich. Die Kommunikation und Abwicklung war unkompliziert.

Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage
Die Casa Bragna in Pianello del Lario liegt sehr ruhig etwas oberhalb des Ortes. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche mit Gasherd, Elektrobackofen ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Kühl-Gefrierschrank. Toll war der Kamin für die etwas kühleren Abende. Auf der Terrasse ist ein Grillplatz zu finden, den wir dank des milden Klimas tagsüber noch im Oktober ausgiebig genutzt haben. Wer lieber essen geht, dem sei die Pizzeria Laguna am Strand empfohlen. Zu Fuß dauert es etwa 15 Minuten bis zum Strand, mit dem Auto gehts etwas schneller.
