We had a great stay at The Westin. The room was very clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax. The staff were consistently courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The staff were really good however since we booked 2 rooms we had to be moved twice due to room issues and maintenance of the hotel. Regardless the team was very effective in moving us rooms however the inconveniences of having to move more than once was uncomfortable. Nevertheless the staff were great and the ones who made our stay comfortable.

Very nice ocean view with balcony was perfect. Shuttles to and from room to lobby and buffet breakfast. Great service and staff. (90 minute massage at spa was incredible)
