Le personnel est serviable et très réactif. Le service de nettoyage des villas est excellent. Le complexe est ancien et peu entretenu. Les villas ne sont pas de bonnes qualités. Nous avons eu deux coupures d'électricité durant notre séjour. Nous n'avions plus d'eau pendant plusieurs heures un matin. Donc, ce n'est pas un service 5 étoiles, trois au maximum.

Fint sted, men ligger lidt afsides. Vores villa svarede ikke til billederne på siden. Vi have ingen stole, bord og parasol på terassen, kun 2 solsenge.

I liked breakfast being served to the room. I didn't like the mould on the bread. They apologised for the mould and went ahead and charged full tariff for the breakfast on check-out. (e.g. several thousand baht plus 1Baht) Nice staff but very ........provincial.

Bittelite bassengområde- aldri sol på verandaen.

1 roms villaen ser bedre ut på bildene enn i virkeligheten. Trenger nok litt rehabilitering. Grei romfordeling inne,men uteområdet var veldig lite.Kun basseng med en liten terrasse med 2 solstoler, men aldri sol der pga tak over. Høy mur rundt,så det ble utrolig varmt der. Skikkelig badstue temperatur. Fryktelig harde senger og ingen dør inn til bad og toalett. Bare et forheng som skjulte halve åpningen inn til badet. Vi syns ikke det var verdt pengene og kommer nok ikke til og bo der igjen . Pluss for at det ligger sentralt til.

I liked the apartment big open and with ovn swimmingpool. I did not like that the kitchen did not know how to make a simple american cup of coffee. I tried 5 times to get coffee from them. But they had no ideer on how to make a simple cup. Food was simple mostly cold on arrival to my room.

Отдыхали в этом отеле всего 3 дня. Но эти дни запомнятся надолго. Отель оставил только самые хорошие впечатления. Жили в однокомнатном номере. По факту это спальня с большой гостиной, небольшим двориком и собственным бассейном. Бассейн это нечто. До моря неспешно минут 15, до Теско Лотус около 10 минут. Очень красивая территория. Завтрак приносят в номер. Единственный маленький недочёт, то это скрипучая кровать, но это никак не портит общее впечатление. Спасибо всему персоналу за отличный отдых.

We stayed at the Residence Retreat and spa villias for the last 7 days.What a tranquill place to stay, the rooms where very clean and tidy, our pool villa had an amazing homey feel. The staff are all welcoming and friendly towards us.Great service at every request.The breakfast was very filling , it was a good idea to book breakfast included with the plung pool offer, it was ideal having that daily swim as it gets very hot.Close to the main back beaches , only a short walk or scooter drive. Will go back and stay there again...highly recommend it.

The Residence Resort and spa

Great place to stay, nice and quite. Very friendly people. Over all an excellent place and I will definitely come back. Few things they can improve are, signs showing where what number villas are, refill the toiletries on daily basi, some street lights within the compound, just a bit more attention to finishing, one of the screw in the hardwood floor in the bed room was lose. Overall great please and I'm looking forward to coming back here soon.

Travelled as a couple and stayed in the newer villas. Overall the villa was okay, they seem to be poorly maintained. Lots of little cracks, paint chipping, moldy smell under kitchen sink, and lights not working. The bed was horrible, and as hard as the floor. After only a couple of day sleeping on it we were experiencing back pains (did not have this the entire time we were in Thailand or any of the other hotels we stayed in prior). There was rarely hot water, just luke warm. The reception area is also poorly maintained, the couches look cracked and gross but that is less of a concern as you're only there shortly. Positives were they offered a shuttle around the compound, staff were friendly, close to Bang Tao Beach, villa was spacious, private and you get your own pool and deck. We went in Aug 2018 which is rainy/low season and got lower rates. I would not pay the regular high price for this villa.

Nice villa - good location to everything from night markets to beach to convenience stores. Tuk tuk shuttle bus to Beach Club and Tesco daily , but also walkable to get out amongst the lifestyle. CONS - On arrival at night the reception area didn’t make an impression. A bit of updating is needed. Our bed was extremely firm ( should’ve complained but just accepted it ) and locks on doors needed repairing . PROS Lovely staff especially Su ( best PinaColada maker in Bangtao) Hard & Gibsi - they looked after us with a smile every time. Staff made everything from daily housekeeping to day to day activities easy . We couldn’t find a birthday cake for my sons birthday and that evening management personally delivered a cake to our room - candles and singing and all .. impressive Great room service .. food was quality and affordable . Outdoor pool and dining areas are pleasing

Great Vacation

The room is nice and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. You can choose to have breakfast at your villa without extra fee. I also tried the room service for dinner, their green curry is great! There is a SPA at resort, it cost only $1000b for traditional thai massage for a couple, not to mention the massage is very good. Had a great vacation there. However, the location there is not convenient, the price for booking van from resort could be high. So, i booked a van from man gor for travelling.
