Great hotel, fabulous gym. Staff were always helpful and very courteous. Bed was very hard and uncomforable. There is absolutely no evening entertainment, not even a games room.

This is my second time back at the property. Service is impeccable. No complains. Food at Stay Green was fantastic, however the morning glory served during breakfast buffet was too salty. Could do a little taste test before serving.

Always a good choice

Had a rough start but once I mentioned the poor service at arrival, everything changed. I’ve been here 6 different times and I love this place. But the prices have jumped up so much!A coconut is $8! +tip. The food is very good but the prices! Ouch.Had a massage at the spa ( it’s 3x more here) and it was not good. It’s the same quality masseur as those little shops outside. Waste of $.The buffet breakfast is a must, they have their own coffee and it’s so good. The rooms are clean and spacious. The pools here are the cleanest I’ve seen. Staff are all friendly and helpful. ( although it didn’t start that way) they did really well to accommodate me. I’m here alone, 7 months pregnant and asked for room near the lobby. It wasnt- then I was moved to a swim up room to compensate which was easier for me. They arranged pick up outside my room to bring me to breakfast. They helped to bring me my outside food orders. Gave me a fan to help me sleep better. And made me feel safe while here alone. Cons: to much smoking everywhere outside. I couldn’t sit on my swim up balcony without breathing cigarette smoke and I’m pregnant! I was disappointed the hotel would do nothing about this. ( just move me rooms) you smell weed and cigarettes all the time. Spoils sitting at the pool trying to get fresh air. It’s a wellness resort - why are people smoking all the time? It’s gross. Policy needs to change! Beds are way to hard, I brought my own memory foam. I highly recommend but if non- smoker beware

Mixed Experience – Not Worth a Return Visit

A good resort, but not a five-star experience. We had a cockroach in our room that disappeared behind the bed. Despite calling twice, the staff only sent a cleaner who was unable to resolve the issue. When we went to the reception, the night staff was dismissive and unhelpful, insisting there was nothing they could do—even though the resort was nearly empty. It was a disappointing way to handle the situation and certainly not what you’d expect from a five-star hotel. That said, we did enjoy the spa, gym, and pools. We stayed for a week, which was enough. Overall, it was a decent stay—but we won’t be returning.
