I had an accident and twisted my ankle, but Huyền Bella went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. They provided a wheelchair and crutches, and even brought breakfast to my room. I’m very satisfied with their service.

The room was clean, staff treated everyone like VIP. I enjoyed the free shuttle bus to the main attractions and the complimentary airport shuttle. The free breakfast tastes great. Would like to see more shows and performances at the resort. Activités for families to do.

The propperty is great with wonderful amenities and well maintained facilities. The biggest drawback is the attitude of the front desk staff. They were not helpful and bordering on rude. They were not very competent with English and did not seem interested in helping. This impacted the overall experience.
