the hotel was in a great location and the room was spacious. the front desk man helped us with our laundry twice. it would've been 5/5 except that when we got to our room to check in, for some reason the balcony door was open so our room was filled with bugs…

Check in was easy and the staff were helpful even when they don't speak english. Room was clean and bed was also comfy. One of the rooms we booked had faulty aircon but staff went out of their way to repair.
