It was definitely one of our best trips and hotel stays. Upon arriving, all the staff welcomed us and made us feel at home. There are three beautiful pools and easy access to the private beach. Our first visit to Phu Quoc was made truly unforgettable by our stay at the JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay. We opted for a spacious one-bedroom villa, while our friend enjoyed the stunning Turquoise Suite, complete with a private pool and breathtaking ocean views. The resort’s whimsical, university-themed concept was a delight, offering countless opportunities for memorable photos. One of the highlights was dining at the Pink Pearl, a restaurant that perfectly balances glamour and indulgence with its exquisite decor and superb culinary experience. Special thanks to the exceptional butler team, Di, Joy, and Marcus, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and memorable. Ms. Di reached out to us even before our arrival, arranging a thoughtful celebration for our anniversary. The personalized service extended to a warm welcome from the General Manager, which made us feel truly valued. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, featuring a wide variety of options from authentic Vietnamese dishes to international favorites. The only drawback was the strong winds during our stay, which unfortunately limited our ability to fully enjoy the beautiful Emerald Bay and Ice Cream Beach. However, the resort is conveniently located—just a short bus ride to Sunset Town with its vibrant dining scene, as well as close proximity to Sun World and the Kiss Bridge. Overall, JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return!
