The second living area theater room features a gigantic sectional in front of a large TV, perfect for everyone to gather for a movie night. There's also an inviting reading nook by the window, a great place to unwind and read a good book, or take advantage of the free WiFi available throughout the home.

The formal dining room is elegant and filled with plenty of light, exquisite wood accents, and a large dining table. The updated gourmet kitchen has endless quartz counter space, custom cabinets, a center chef's island, and top-of-the-line appliances. Right off the kitchen is a second dining room or breakfast area, with wall-to-wall windows and direct access to the patio.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 85 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
