Tempe Home Theater House - Great Location!

Please note that the property was used as a long term rental for the last two years and just went back on the vacation rental market as of 08/01/2024 thus the reviews are dated.

Great location in the heart of Tempe. Close to ASU, Scottsdale and the geographic center of the valley. Be near great restaurants, shopping, spring training, golf, nightlife, Mill Avenue and much more. This dedicated vacation rental house is a great alternative to a hotel or other owner occupied houses.

This home was decked out for the seasoned traveler that wants to have some fun. Whether it is a trip with family or friends we included amenities that many vacation rentals simply do not have in this price range. For starters we have a dedicated home theater room with 7.1 surround sound and a 9' X 5" screen. The projector is state of the art and the four leather theater seats recline for your viewing pleasure. Great for watching your favorite sports or a classic movie. Also, in the home theater room we include Foosball, which is the ultimate classic table game.

Four bedrooms include a master suite with a California King SIze Bed, adjoining bath and television. A second bedroom with two twin extra long beds that can be adjoined into a king size bed. Bedroom three and four include Queen Size Beds. All sheets and comforters are made of high quality fabrics and foam mattresses are used throughout for comfort. Bedroom two-four share a full bath.

A full kitchen and dining area for six are included as well. We supply all of the essentials to cook from home if you decide not to go out to the many restaurants nearby.

Last but certainly not least you can relax in our private hot tub or play a game of table tennis just for the fun of it.

Disclosure: We have a Ring camera doorbell installed on the outside of the front door.

Great Tempe Location

Tempe for fun.

Wonderful home with everything you need to have. The location is great and so easy to get around. We loved the theatre room and the table tennis table. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. Joseph was very helpful and responsive to address any needs.

The house was clean and stocked with all you would need. We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend to visit our Sun Devils and it was the perfect place to cook and congregate. Loved the media room to watch football, played corn hole and used the ping pong table. There is nothing I would change about this house.

We enjoyed our stay at the “Theater” house.

Upon arrival we had a small issue but I was able to get ahold of Josh immediately and he took care of the problem right away. The location of the house is great and we really enjoyed the the theater room after a long day at ASU and site seeing! Definitely recommend this place.

Can’t say enough about this great place. Wonderful location convenient to shopping, lots of things for entertainment, plenty of room to spread out. The theater room alone is reason enough to choose this place! Property manager replied to texts within minutes. Suggestion: if you intend to do a lot of cooking (and most people do not, while on vacation!) you should check with the manager to be sure Kitchen is equipped with what you need. We found him more than willing to help in that regard.

Rented the property for a guys trip to watch the ASU-Utah football game. Great location, comfortable, clean, and no stress getting in and out. The theater room was awesome. I know where I’ll be staying if I come back to Tempe.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving. It was the perfect place for us. Easy to access the house, good quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to Frys grocery store. We used the gas grill, hot tub and theatre room many times. It was nice not to have to pack shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer. The house was very well equippped- kitchen had paper towels ,trash bags, nice pots and pans and a lot of spices. The house is well decorated. The beds were very comfortable. We travel several times a year to the Phoenix area and usually stay in a hotel. This will be our first choice from now on.

House is as advertised! But the best part is how there were so many "little things" taken care of. Toilet paper, paper towels, soap for sink and dishwasher and washer/dryer. A few basic condiments in the fridge like ketchup and mustard, A-1. Salt pepper vegetable oil, some basic spices. It was nice to buy the "big stuff" meat and potatoes so to speak at the grocery and not have to worry about the little stuff. Even had some microwave popcorn for the home theater room. Well done, would definitely stay again. Jack
