Spring training gem. Just minutes from Surprise Stadium, home of the Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals spring training. Enjoy some games, then come back and relax in this spacious split floor plan. Spend time in the big backyard and hang out by the wood firepit. Lots of great restaurants and entertainment nearby. Very quiet and clean neighborhood.

Spring Training Vacation

The property was super spacious with a split bedroom floor plan (primary bed and bath on one end and on the other end 3 other bedrooms with lots of beds and a full bath with double sinks). Big open kitchen, large dining table and living room with lots is seating for everyone to hang out together. An additional room off the living area could be used as yet another bedroom as there were blow up mattresses available in the bedroom closets. Huge backyard with different area for lounging with chairs. Quite neighborhood and parks walking distance. A on this property!!!

Beautiful spacious home in a lovely neighborhood, close to anything you want to do in the Phoenix area. In very close proximity to stores and restaurants. Delightful seating in the back yard.

If you want a perfect vacation, your search is over!

We enjoyed our stay here so much that we have already booked for next year. Brett is a true gentleman to deal with and is very attentive to the details that make your stay perfect. The neighbourhood is very safe and the people are exceptionally friendly. We even had a neighbour offer to take our dog on his long walks. Everything you could want is nearby. The house itself is beautiful, and very easy to keep clean. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!
