Spring Training for Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers

Our 1400+ square foot ranch home is the perfect vacation getaway. It's was just remodeled so everything is fresh and new. We are 2.5 miles from the Surprise stadium, home of the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers. The home is very close to golf courses, shopping, restaurants and much more. We are within 30 miles of more spring training baseball fields, Old Town Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.

This location was perfect for our stay to enjoy spring training and to do some hiking - very easy drive and easy to get around in Surprise. This house was very well appointed with everything that we needed and was very comfortable for us!

Great Location

This house is in a great location. You can find any kind of store, restaurant, and pharmacy within a few miles. The new patio furniture was comfortable to enjoy the beautiful weather. The house was comfortable for the two of us. We enjoyed working with Dawn. She was prompt and pleasant. We would definitely stay again.
