We did not enjoy our stay in this unit. The complex is just a residential apartment complex. We were given a place that faced an interior courtyard; however, we had looked forward to sitting outside watching the sunsets, etc. The courtyard was loud, dog barking echoed, people talking loudly, no sunlight, etc. The communication with the company is not satisfactory. There is no person to chat with, nor a phone number to call. To check in, you wait for an email. They tell you to enter the garage, drive to the bike security chain link fenced area. Enter a code to get in, then enter a code to unlock a cylinder to get a key. We received an email that it was ready. We went to the security fence and logged in. NO key. No reception in the garage, we had to drive outside, email the company, and wait. We received the notification that the key would now be in the cylinder, so we repeated the process. There is no signage in the complex for the pool, etc. We got into the unit, and while clean, it was incredibly disappointing. The kitchen had the bare minimum for dishes, pans, etc. We decided not to cook there. The bed was uncomfortable. The TV did not allow just turning on and watching anything. You had to have an app for all usage. If you didn't have an app for any channels, no TV. The AC was incredibly loud! People above us stomped. After asking a resident how to get to the pool, it had screaming kids playing catch, and we decided not to use it. We would not use Palacio Properties again.
