I have to say the place is very well equipped. Lots of beds, lots of space, all the things you need in the kitchen. I think it is just poorly managed. The management company was quick to respond, but it was like I was talked to a chatbot. Very agreeable but not overly helpful. Here are the list of things that I reached out to them about over a period of 5 days. The biggest problem was the green house with a rooster right next door. That rooster was up between 6:45 and 7 every morning! It is a permanent fixture so that rooster will be there. Next there were no blankets on 4 of the beds. They did bring is new blankets the next day.One of the beds was missing sheets and one had dirty sheets. Smaller things were just related to general cleaning and maintenance. There were two piles of garbage on the property. A dead bird left near the pool. There were bikes but all tires were flat. They had a kaoroke machine but it didn't work. The dishwasher rack was missing rollers so it didn't roll in and out. There was a teather ball poll, but no ball. There was corn hole, but the ramps were broke. There was a popcorn machine but the dispenser was filled with old popcorn. Overall, it is a great property, but just the overall management was not good and the rooster is impossible to ignore.
