Enjoy the relaxing backyard with a pool . Conveniently located near Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Old Town Scottsdale, Tempe Town Lake, Papago park, and a short drive from downtown Phoenix. There is plenty of fun to be had inside with the billiards table and dart setup. Brand new spacious kitchen that is stocked to assist in any meals you may want to make.My favorite aspect of the house is being able to walk out the front door and soon connect up with miles of trails for hiking or biking throughout Evelyn Hallman Park and the surrounding Papago park area(This is a great spot to take the dog out for a nice walk especially around sunset!).
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.

We came to swim as much as possible and were met with disappointment. The pool was dirty and it was freezing cold! Host was accommodating, but didn't offer any kind of discount for our inconvenience, then charged for a late check out

It was a great place to stay to host a family BBQ and pool party. The backyard BBQ didn't work properly (no propane) and there were no extra trash bags under the sink (per the"welcome"book). We also ran out of paper towels. I also want to note that the crack on the toilet seat was there when we arrived. Also, the outside black trash can was nearly full when we arrived, and the recycle can had two bags of regular trash in it when we arrived. None of that bothered us very much, I just wanted to let you know. We loved the house. Comfy beds. We'll try to rent again when we come to visit the kids.

Spring Training Stay

Convenient location and very clean, especially considering dogs being allowed. Enjoyed family time playing available games when we were at the house. Hard-sided cooler came in handy for day trip to Grand Canyon. Nathan was prompt in response when i asked a question. Read all the amenities, it's very thorough. It was a little too early in the season to really enjoy the pool but it was helpful to cool down. Having the carport and covered patio was excellent!

Perfect for us

Some college friends and I stayed here for the Mesa marathon and assorted fun. It was perfectly located, with all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming, and the house was clean and well maintained. It's a great place for a Phoenix stay.

Thanksgiving Getaway

We had a wonderful stay with our two little dogs. We were visiting family and appreciated the well appointed kitchen so that we could cook a couple dishes to take to the Thanksgiving dinner. We fully enjoyed the pool table and close location to Papago Park for walks.

Easy and fun for a weekend!

This property is exactly as described was clean, convenient, and very fun with the pool table, darts, etc. We had our dogs with us and it was nice and easy with them as well - nice backyard. Small bedrooms with queen-sized, but very comfortable, beds. Would definitely stay again!

Taking our son to ASU this was a perfect spot close enough yet for enough to give him some space. We were able to enjoy the pool play billiards as well as darts all in the nice air conditioning

Location location location!

My family of four and our dog stayed 3 nights. The neighborhood is in a great location surrounded by Papago Park, great restaurants, lots of shopping, and close to freeway for easy traveling. The pool table and darts were really fun. The private pool was wonderful! We had a great stay!

Very inviting

Soccer tournament getaway

Fabulous experience.

This house has everything! We were so comfortable and had everything we could want. It is clean and well supplied. The owner was easy to communicate with. I didn't worry about the kids makingg too much noise while they enjoyed the back yard and pool.
