This beautiful vacation villa with HEATED POOL has been completely redecorated, and is a luxurious place to stay. Located in the prestigious neighborhood of Arrowhead Ranch, North of Phoenix in Glendale AZ, this home is the perfect setting for that traditional Arizona vacation. Just minutes away is P83 Sports Complex, Arrowhead Shopping & Dining Center, and multiple Spring Training facilities, as well as several golf courses, parks, and outdoor recreation areas. #Superbowl2023 #Glendale

The pool is heated to 90 degrees Oct-March and when temperatures drop very cold it may not feel warm enough to swim. It is not a hot tub.

Beyond 5 Stars!

Cindy's place was better than advertised! It had everything we could have needed, and more! It is apparent that Cindy has the gift of hospitality, as every corner of the house is perfectly decorated and welcoming. The heated pool in the backyard, along with the lounge chairs, grill and fire pit made everything so much sweeter! We definitely made memories that will last, and it came at such a needed time! Cindy is super responsive and helps in any way possible! Would give this rental 10 stars if we could!

Perfect Stay

We LOVED our stay at the peaceful, designer retreat! The home was perfect! Cindy was an amazing host and thought of everything! The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds and linens were amazing! We enjoyed each of the themed bedrooms! We enjoyed the heated pool and spent lots of time in it and enjoying the relaxing, quiet back yard. Cindy was quick to answer any questions and help with anything needed!! Would absolutely recommend staying here!!

Family Visit to AZ

The house is great. Nice furnishings, comfortable beds and a nice gas grill in the backyard. Quiet neighborhood. Close to a lot of things like Arrowhead Country Club, AJ’s Grocery Store and Arrowhead Grill Restaurant. I did not want to leave. My 91 year old mom lives in the area and we stayed at the house with my son, daughter and brother. My son worked remotely a few of the days and said the internet speed was very fast.

Holiday reunion

The house was a perfect set up for 4 adults and 2 tweens. The kitchen was exceptionally well appointed making it easy to put together a full Christmas dinner. The tweens greatly enjoyed the well-heated pool, even on cooler cloudy days. The outdoor space was perfect for lounging and enjoying the fresh air. Neighborhood was so quiet - it seemed like we were the only ones there. Close proximity to shopping and restaurants - easy food delivery. Hiking trails only a few minutes away. Will definitely consider staying here again!
