Welcome home to your very own Arizona oasis. This home has been a well received guest favorite for many years by the previous hosts. Located in a wonderful neighborhood it is perfect for couples or families looking for a comfortable home packed full of amenities. It features multiple large entertaining areas for guests to enjoy, including a fully stocked kitchen, living room, and a separate game room, allowing for adults to relax while kids play. Enjoy the sparkling pool in the private backyard. Come relax and make lasting memories in this desert getaway.

The pool is heated and we do not charge
extra as the weather From December to February is unpredictable.
During the months of December to February the temps in the desert can drop below freezing and the pool heater will not operate until it's at least 55* degrees outside.
When the Temp permits it will run from 8am-8pm

The house was clean and had everything we needed for our families stay in Mesa. It was in a great location that made it easy for us to get around to different areas. Our kids loved being able to swim in the pool! We would definitely stay here again!

We chose this property for the heated pool, but the pool was not heated. We asked the host and he turned the heater on during the day only, but that was not enough time to make it warm. The water temperature never got above 72 degrees. Worse that that, the host controls the house thermostat remotely. It was too hot at night and hard to sleep. Also, the home needs lots of attention. The sheets were stained, carpet was stained, towels were old. This is was not a good experience.
