Fleetwood 6 is an open and airy 4-level townhouse that includes a private lower level suite with a queen sized sofa bed, as well as an ensuite bathroom and kitchenette.
The 2nd level boasts a large fully outfitted high-end kitchen, dining area, living room, and half bath perfect for cooking and entertaining. Floor to ceiling window sliders open up to a great patio/deck for additional outdoor seating.
The 3rd level bedroom area consists of a large master bedroom with 2 queen beds, an ensuite bathroom, and a huge walk-in closet as well as a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed, a 2nd full bathroom, and a full sized laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
Now picture our 4th story furnished rooftop with mountain views with the sun setting in the infamous Old Town Scottsdale. Tourists & Locals walk the streets below and look up with envy! This level also provides guests with a large makeup/vanity area and wet bar.
All rooms have "electric" room darkening shades and white noise machines if you want to shut off the world and fall blissfully to sleep after your night on the town.Best shopping, brunch spots, coffee shops, restaurants and nightlife a short walk! We even have a Circle K within steps for any necessities you may have forgotten or ran out of on your visit.
This is a full residence in Old Town (not an apartment) - everything else is a bar, restaurant, shopping, etc. We stock the kitchen and kitchenette with free coffee (creamer, sugar) as well as stocking each bathroom with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Fun Fact: Built where Fleetwood Mac's Stevie Nicks mother ♥ owned a gift shop in Old Town. This property would make even Stevie Nicks proud!
Guests will have access to the entire townhome for the duration of their stay.There is an owner pantry in the kitchen that is locked and not accessible to guests at any time.I have a local Scottsdale property manager available when needed.Townhouse walkable to everything Old Town has to offer. This property is perfect for accessing the many golf courses in the Scottsdale area. It is a "high design" property that is also great for photos.
The rooftop has amazing views of the mountains and desert.Walkable to restaurants, bars, and shopping. 1 mile to Old Town entertainment district. Free on-street parking as well as 1 garage space within the unit.

We were 3 adult couples wanting to be close to bars and restaurants…this place was perfect! We walked all over expect to try out the Waymo! The guys golfed and close to golf courses via uber. Bonus was the 24 hour Circle K next door for beer wine liquor and late night snacks! Highly recommend

We had an amazing weekend at Old Town Stunner! Both VRBO and property management were very helpful with the booking process. The location was EVERYTHING. Very convenient and easy to get to where ever we were going. Neighborhood was super friendly. The home was beautiful and clean. The only concern was the hot water never stay hot long enough for everyone to shower (4 adults) which I believe is an easy fix.

Great place!

This rental is beautiful and extremely convenient. We had a few arrive early and the owner accommodated by letting us into the property early to put our bags in the garage so we didn’t have to carry them around town until we could check in. However, when we were leaving we walked out of the door about one minute late for check out (10:01 am) as we had a group of girls trying to take the trash out and get our very heavy luggage down the multiple flights of stairs (we were there for 5 days so we had a lot of stuff). The property manager was sitting in her car out front waiting for us. We tried to say hello while waiting for our transportation and tell her that we enjoyed our stay and how great the place was and she clearly did not want to speak to us. She looked at us as though we had inconvenienced her or ticked her off. It was unfortunate that we had such a rude ending to an otherwise incredible stay.

Great location! Great vibes!

What a cool location with a fabulous layout! The music inspired, funky feel that greeted us when we arrived was awesome! The place was spotless, and everything seems brand new. The views and sunsets from the rooftop deck are amazing but there is so much to do within walking distance we spent most of our time out and about in town. Allison is a super-responsive host, and we would stay here again for sure. Great spot!

We enjoyed F*6 in every way. Everything was exactly as described or better. The manager was instantly available and we had no problems. Everything seemed brand new and all was in good repair. The heating and air and lights were very easy to control. The information provided goes out of its way to explain the glitch in the shower controller in the back bathroom. It works as they describe. It is a small item perhaps, but access to the indoor garage did keep the car cool and secure. This seems to be a very safe area anyway, but it was nice to have.

Great location

This is an ideal location to walk to old town. Lots of great restaurants and bars. We also very much enjoyed the Valley Ho access for the exercise room. Great location, very clean, and loved the outside spaces.
