The condo had every single kitchen amenity you could ask for- especially for preparing a Christmas dinner. Very clean, lots of extra bedding, towels and a starter paper goods was appreciated. The pool and hot tub were clear bonuses for us and it was like having a private spa as there was only one other guest out the entire time we were there. Very responsive in communicating with us. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again!

The property was very welcoming. Warm and welcoming, even the list of operating and closing. The list for "Things to Do" was comforting. Unable to use it because of the preparation of the wedding. This brought comfort compared to the car rental and plane tickets. Thank you for this opportunity.

Loved the location, but some amenities were not there. No laundry soap, kleenex or paper towels. No large mixing bowl. The grill is very old and needs to be replaced as we could not ignite it.

Toilet was wobbly; pots and pans were really old and cheap. Condo location was downstairs right by parking area which was convenient. Short drive to groceries and shopping.

Very pleasant quiet retreat

This apt. gave us a quiet place to retreat and recharge after a day of grandchildren and gradulations. We didnt have time for the pool or hot tub but they were very inviting. My only problem was to find the apt number late at night. The complec map fixed that. A light closer to the corner of the building would have helped too. That's on the complex not the host. We are putting this one on our "rent again" list

A Lovely Place to Stay

This was a lovely place to stay -- friendly and respectful neighbors, quiet and safe location, with very comfortable accommodations. We had an issue with the oven, which we reported and received a quick response. We hope to stay here again in the future!

This condo was perfect for our needs and centrally located for our planned activities. It was clean and comfortable. There is easy access to the pool and hot-tub. Would definitely stay here again.

No surprises

Ditto to all the positive comments I read before selecting this place to stay. There were no surprises when we arrived. Exactly as described. Check-in procedure very clear and easy to follow. Communication with host was easy and they were very responsive to the questions we had and the very FEW, very MINOR issues that needed to be resolved after we arrived. I originally was looking to be closer to the downtown Phoenix area because that is where most of the sightseeing and entertainment was, the reason we came to Phoenix. But the roads are good, the drive was very easy and not all that long. Chandler. and this condo, proved to be a very good location to be in. Convenient local shopping, good restaurants and other amenities we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would stay again if we ever come back to the area.

Just Perfect

The condo was exactly as represented in the description. It was perfectly located for our travels, very close to Downtown Chandler with excellent access to the many restaurants and pubs. Close to Phoenix and all the sites! Beds were comfy. Clean, well-stocked kitchen. The patio was the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening wine! Although it was just my husband and me, it would be perfectly suitable for four adults. We will stay here again the next time we visit our daughter!

family visit

My brother and his wife visited from Maine. This location was perfect for getting around Phoenix for sightseeing and visiting other family members in the east valley. The condo was as advertised. Two ensuites allowed everyone to have their privacy. The community was lovely and quiet. Glad we found it and will use them again.
