Welcome to the newly furnished Boho Chic style Vacation home. Nestled in a quiet and peaceful Goodyear community. You will be enjoying the perfect combination of indoor/outdoor living in this little Arizona oasis featuring outdoor heated pool (no extra charge) and golf putting green area. 10 minutes to all the dining and shopping. For the sports fans, we are only minutes away from Goodyear ballpark for baseball Spring training!

This 4 bedroom/2 bath plus pull out sofa bed offers plenty of space for up to 10 guests. You can enjoy the spacious open kitchen and dining area with fully equipped kitchen and grill, and go out to the patio where you can have some pool time or sharpen your golf putting skill! Log into your favorite streaming accounts on our smart TV in our cozy living room.

Family gathering

Our family gathered in Phoenix for a wedding event. This house was the perfect fit for our group. The owner was exceptionally responsive and had everything we all needed for a relaxing five day stay. The place was clean and has a huge kitchen, dining and living room. More than enough for family and friends. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. If you need a place for 5+ and desire privacy and safety, this is the place!

My family and I had so much fun at the house. We had family meeting us from out of town and this house got all of us comfortably. Communication with Joyce was exceptional and she responded quickly. Very clean and equipped with things that we needed. Highly recommend!
