Location to Desert Ridge is perfect!

We came down for a quick visit from CO and this was a great spot to rest our heads. We especially loved the location — close to the JW Marriott where we spent a day lounging by the lazy river and walkable to Desert Ridge for errands and food!

Nice home, pool green

Home and neighborhood were very nice, unfortunately upon arrival I had received a message from the host stating the pool had “Catastrophic failure.” The pool was extremely green with algae. Hosted stated that it had been like that for a couple days, The pool guy showed up as we were leaving the property and stated that it had been like this for two weeks. He stated that the owner did not want to repair it, pool was going to be drained. I had reached out to the host to let him know that we were going to not be staying at the property due to the pool not being in working order as we had four children that we’re looking forward to having a pool. I had reach out to the host for a refund and have not heard anything back from him.

Fantastic Home!

This home is awesome! Beautiful and spotless with a great open floor plan, and it has everything you could possibly need. The backyard is fabulous also. Great pool, plenty of space with very nice outdoor furniture and completely private. Thank you so much Richard, we will definitely be back!!!

This place was very comfortable. We came to Phoenix to visit family from our vaction time in Lake Havasu. Richard was so awsome to accomadate us. We even added our sister to join us and we extended our stay an additional day. You could not get a better host than Richard! Thank you!

Great House!

The house is super cute, clean and exactly as listed. The location can't be beat when it came to quick access to restaurants, bars and shopping. Richard is a great host and was quick to respond. We will definitely stay here again.
