Lots of nice shade and greenery in our yard, very rare for an Arizona house! Plenty of seating and lounge chairs to catch some rays, or perhaps read a book, and enjoy the shade tree. The sounds of the various birds are relaxing and really enjoyable.

We have a nice MISTING system, to cool you off on those warm days.

BBQ- We have a 4 burner gas/propane grill for your enjoyment! Also all the BBQ tools you’ll need. Please make sure to turn PROPANE OFF when not in use, and let us know if the tank is out of gas.

POOL is open year round, but is heated naturally and may be chilly from Labor day to Memorial day! The JACUZZI is warm and ready for you year round. Jacuzzi cover is not locked, and there is NO FENCE around the pool. Jacuzzi will be set at 100 degrees and can go up to 104 as a max. This is a high end model with numerous different therapy seats with a variety of jets and adjustments. You will LOVE it!!

We have Yardzee and Cornhole / Bags for your enjoyment as well as a variety of board games, and GIANT CONNECT 4!

TV’s - The living room, dining room/bar area, patio, and 3 of the bedrooms have TVs – all with Roku devices and Netflix pre-signed in.

Per SMOKING - Outdoor only, and we have provided an ash tray for your use.

PLEASE ask permission if you intend to have a group gathering at our home, and plan to exceed our max guest number. We have an additional charge for extra guests that are not disclosed and approved.

BUNK ROOM - Although we shopped to find heavy duty beds with wide stairs, and have nice hybrid (spring and gel topped) mattresses on them, please note the weight limit at 180 pounds max per bunk. If anyone is staying on the top bunks, they should be smaller to be able to move around more comfortably.

There is a Eastern King bed in the master, with a Tempur-pedic like material. The blue room has a California King size bed with a hybrid type of mattress – coils on the bottom gel memory foam on top. The pink room has two full-size beds with the same hybrid type of mattress mentioned above. We have had excellent feedback from our guests on the comfort of our beds, and have lots of pillows. This is an important feature I personally look for when choosing an Airbnb, as a good nights sleep is crucial.

TRASH - We have a company hired to remove the big trash cans from the side of the house and take them to the street (usually the day before) pickup, and then bring them back to the side of the house.
Please keep up on taking the trash from inside the house out to the large bins, but no need to take them to the street.

RECYCLE / BLUE BIN gets picked up on Wednesday mornings, and the MAIN GARBAGE / BLACK BIN gets picked up on Saturday mornings.

Although there is a wood burning fireplace on the property (in the dining/bar room), it is NOT to be used.

PARKING - There are 2 spots in the driveway, and ample spots on the street.

The GARAGE is for Owners use and will NOT be accessible for guests.

Note that currently our pool guy comes on Wednesday Early AM, so apologies for any inconvenience if he arrives while you are staying at Casa Emelita. Please DO NOT REMOVE POOL CLEANER, as the pump will burn out.

Our Jacuzzi is fairly easy to use, and we have a video upon request showing how to operate the cover lifter, the Jets and all of the knobs/buttons. Although there is a floater dispersing a small amount of chlorine, we also have granular chlorine next to the tub. Please use the 1 teaspoon scoop and do 1 teaspoon per person when you get out, so it can sanitize all the contaminants brought in and it will be clear and clean for the next use. **Note that if you turn the spa down more than a couple of degrees lower than the current temperature, it will stop filtering because it thinks it’s overheating. Please return the hot tub temperature back to 100 degrees when you are finished with it. Although we want you to enjoy the tub during nighttime hours, PLEASE mind the neighbors and keep your noise levels down.

QUIET TIME in the backyard is after 8pm.

We have a “Minut” noise decibel meter sensor that does not record any actual voices, it just alerts us if noise decibels are high during quiet hours. For more info on this device, please see www. minut .com. Please understand this is a quiet family neighborhood and we want to respect our neighbors peaceful enjoyment of their homes as well.

2 Ring brand motion activated Cameras are in use purely to protect our home and pool, and face the street and the pool area only. There is no camera on the Jacuzzi area, or the under patio area. We also have a noise decibel meter sensor that does not record any actual voices, it just alerts us if noise decibels are high during quiet hours.
