* Mountain Views are much larger in person than the photo shows! It's the most
relaxing and beautiful spot in all of Scottsdale! McDowell Mountain Ranch is a
Luxury Master Planned Community with all of the amenities that you can
desire.

* The wrought iron patio chairs on the balcony make it a very relaxing setting for your
morning coffee & reading on the patio.

* Due to the HOA rules, only non-commercial regular length pick up trucks, length must fit in parking spot, only 5 days is allowed in guest parking with permission, No RV's, Boats, or any commercial advertised vehicles. A small to midsize SUV is ok, and parking in the garage is preferred.

* This property is advertised on other sites, therefore not as many reviews are here. I have been renting this property on and off since 2010.

* This is a strictly non-smoking persons property.

A GREAT stay in Scottsdale

Our stay at Amber's townhome was wonderful. Amber was very attentive, very responsive. The property was beautiful, very nicely decorated with everything needed to make our stay a pure JOY!! Great place! Really clean and had everything we needed. There are some really good restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Pool was really nice and everyone was very friendly and respectful. We’ve stayed in Scottsdale many times and this is far up on our list.

North Scottsdale Vacation Rental

Great location close to shopping, restaurants and family. Easy access to the 101. Lots of activities and entertainment nearby. Well built newer condo with nice furnishings. There were plenty of dishes and towels. And, a dish washer and washer and dryer. We had a good vacation.

Great Stay, Comfortable, VERY Safe

House is as listed. I stayed for a couple of weeks and felt completely comfortable in the house and the neighborhood. Its centrally located, everything was about 15-20 mins away. Safety was my biggest concern as I was there alone certain times thoughout my stay. Very safe/very quiet/very comfortable.

Lovely condo and community

We are two older friends who very much enjoyed our stay. We especially liked the community pool and fitness facilities. Comfortable beds and lots of closet space. Two nice outdoor spaces to enjoy morning coffees and evening drinks. Would stay again!

Quiet desert retreat

We stayed at this two bedroom condo in Scottsdale from January 30 until February 29, 2016. This was our first big retirement trip and escape from the midwest winters. The complex is very clean and quiet. The pool is heated and the workout room is a definite plus. We found ourselves just a five minute walk from trails into the foothills. So a car is not always needed, a definite plus. Thompson Peak Parkway provides easy access to local restaurants, grocery stores, and just about everything you would need. The location is perfect! The condo itself wakes you to mountain views everyday, and in Arizona, there isn't a bad morning. The condo is very spacious. On the second floor, you hear no one else. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends and both have balconies.the spaciousness is very hard to find. It also has a garage, which definitely is a security plus. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, plus there is a separate laundry room. The master bathroom also has double sinks. This was our perfect getaway. We had plenty of room in this condo and would recommend the location. We also found the neighbors to be very helpful and friendly.

Great home, great location...

What a great home to spend time with my family in over the holidays. This property is well appointed, cozy, and has great proximity to all that Scottsdale has to offer. The backdrop of the beautiful mountains was a big bonus! Amber is a great hostess and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.
