Overall, the Scottsdale hotel was a good stay and the staff were pleasant. The room was comfortable, but we did find a roach in the bathroom during our stay, which raised some cleanliness concerns for us. We were not sure if it may have come through a hole or gap in the wall. Aside from that issue, the rest of the experience was generally positive.
