The hotel itself is nice. I booked months in advance, drove 12 hours to get there and was given keys to our room. Walked into our room and had a man lying in the bed (thankfully clothed)! Was very uncomfortable. Went to tell them I had a man in our room and they seemed confused, called the man down and ended up giving us another room. Said “sorry”, and nothing else. I didn’t ask for a discount but would think they would have done a better job at apologizing. Wont be back.

Honestly I don’t live too far from there, I spent a few nights waiting for my air conditioner to be repaired by my warranty company. It was ridiculously loud, I understand it’s near Westgate entertainment district, but it wasn’t like party scene Loud, it was just loud in general. Sounded like elephants were stomping in the room above us, the staff themselves were extremely loud, slamming doors, or I should say letting them slam. The rooms themselves are nice, very clean, fully equipped. It is in fact, a great area though if you wanna go out and shop, go dining, go to bars, even find things to do with kids. I can tell you that.

Absolute WORST hotel experience ever. Not only did they fumble mine and many others’ reservations prior to the Charlie Kirk memorial, they lied about it and blamed other parties (Expedia) and eventually hung up the phone on guests when confronted about it. We found out their shady actions and the hotel GM Ashley basically denied it. To take advantage of a memorial of someone’s life and show that type of greed is inexcusable. Be VERY CAREFUL booking with this hotel during any type of event, because they just may cancel you ( to either satisfy their club honors customers or just to book last minute HIGHER RATE guests) and leave you hanging with no other options.

Everything about this property is excellent including the nice shopping center with several restaurants across the street. A huge drawback is its location in proximity to a major highway and busy road. We stayed on a Saturday night and the noise of cars coming and going was extremely loud until around 1 AM.

I like how close it was to the State Farm Stadium and had a lot of dining options near the property and a gas station. Those are the only positives of this place; the front desk girl was rude, short, and lacked any form of customer service. I’m assuming it is a new property with how modern it looked, but was built with cheap material. You could hear every sound outside as if traffic was driving through the room, there were pieces of hair on the sheets, towels and bed frame, a dried booger with a nose hair attached to it on the wall, a big makeup smudge on the sheets, dried drops of something suspicious on the wall near the closet, bathroom, and the partition dividing the bed from the sitting area. Overall it was a terrible stay but it served its purpose.

A hotel stay.

The hotel definitely served my needs and them some. I was there on "business" and didn't want to eat out of restaurants the entire time I was there. The room had a kitchen, stove, and refrigerator; reminded me of my furnished college dorm room. Could have been a little more clean, the few dishes could have been in better shape, and could have been a little more quiet at times. I'd visit this place again. The price is right, it's close by Target, Frys, a Quick Trip, and the amenities are right.

Add two children with me ages six and two they gave us a handicap room so that we couldn’t use the shower. They said there was an icemaker part of the refrigerator which there wasn’t there was no hotel ice and no water to be bought a terrible experience.
