In the peaceful, quiet neighborhood of Bellair, you’ll find a cozy living room for relaxation, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, & inviting bedrooms to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Fresh linens, towels, basic toiletries, & pantry items are provided for your convenience.

There are 4 pools to choose from (including an adult only one) (Closed Oct 30 - Memorial Day), Pickleball, tennis courts, 5 parks, playgrounds, & firepit. The popular Bellaire golf course & driving range are 1 blk away. Located at the golf course you will find "The Patio" for excellent food and drink!
If the resort style amenities don't keep you busy enough, there are 26 Golf courses within 10mi. We are Close to State Farm Stadium, West Gate, Talking Stick Casino, Desert Diamond Casino, Spring Training & more.
We are only 1 hr. and 45 min. from the beautiful Sedona, AZ (a must see)! A short 40 min. drive will get you to Scottsdale, AZ. We are minutes away from Phoenix and Flagstaff. Perfect for the weekend or extended stays. Only 20 min. from Statefarm Stadium!
