Super comfortable and stylish studio/1br unit available for Super Bowl - located in one of the nicest buildings in Scottsdale within walking distance to the best restaurants, nightclubs, Scottsdale Fashion Square mall and many of the Super Bowl festivities going on (at nearby venues and clubs).

Has an 85" TV, Sonos surround system, washer/dryer in unit, all linens and towels and a queen size bed with a Tuft & Needle mattress along with a reserved parking space for you in the building.

This location can't be beat as it's right next to everything in Downtown Scottsdale.

Immaculately designed and priced very reasonably for the location and space.
