A 3 hole putting green, cornhole, large patio with fire table, couches and an outdoor TV. There is a propane grill for delicious BBQ meals. Enjoy, a good movie, play cornhole, watch the game .. or just relax while watching the kids in the swimming pool!

Bachelorette Party

The living room and kitchen areas are open concept and great for large (11 people) parties to enjoy down time or meals together. We were able to enjoy the backyard patio and lounge chairs by the pool and there are separate beach towels for swimming. The room with the bunk beds is a hideaway room, which is really the only thing I'd be aware of if your group is all adults; it worked out just fine for us, just giving a warning to know if the people in your group are comfortable with that!We could not get the air hockey table to work, but all other electronics worked great once you figure out the remote situation!

Great house!

We had a wonderful stay. The host was very prompt with communication. The home had plenty of room to spread out and had a nice patio area to relax in the backyard. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials you could need. I would recommend this place!

Exactly what I was looking for!

The home was exactly as described..Very clean, clear expectations and responsibilities as a guest in their home.. Close to stores, hiking trails, the city.. short rides to visit other cities likeTempe for a Coyotes game, Sedona for amazing scenery.. I’ve only booked hotels before and it was nice to have a house for a longer stay. Kim was responsive and easy to communicate with. This was a five star stay! Highly recommended home

Quick family trip

Had to find last minute accommodations for two families, as we were coming in town for a funeral. Kim was very responsive in answering questions. The house is clean and fit our families perfectly. The kitchen had all the basics we needed. The outdoor living space looked really fun, although we didn’t have much time to enjoy. Kim kept us informed of things to expect and was very communicative and reasonable. The location is convenient and seemed quiet and safe. Would recommend to others traveling to the area.

Loved everything

Did a girls trip for a few days They were so many things to do! Inside games, outside games, places to relax. The out side area was so amazing fire pit, couch and chairs. We didn’t not have a car and walking places was so nice and close. I would stay here again for sure!!!!

Vacation Surprise

Rented this home because of the large backyard. What I didn’t know was how surprisingly spacious, clean and modern the home was. Comfortably sleeps 12 and does not use the infamous hide-a-bed that most other listings include. What was even more amazing was how responsive the property manager is. They prep you well with all the info you need before you arrive and have a ton of fun reminders, a welcome binder and a bunch of amenities to make you feel at home. Just enough retail a short drive away, but still a quiet neighborhood to allow you to relax during your stay. Will definitely be coming back.
