Comfortable 3 bedroom house for holidays. Furnished and updated. Dogs friendly. This beautiful property located in the North Phoenix close to numerous popular amenities (Desert Ridge, Myao Hospital, Scottsdale Quarter, PV Mall). Quite and peaceful with two sides porch with couches and chairs.
There is a security camera in the front of the house for your safety as well as ours. There are no cameras inside this home or in the back yard.
Garage is not available for rent.

Overall comfortable!

Solid place, close to some good entertainment. The neighborhood HOA could ease up a bit on the parking but other than that the owners were great and house was nice for a small group getaway.

Sweet little place for a small family.

Very nice home in a gated community. All the essentials right there for your use. Parking is a problem, apparently. The HOA does not allow guests to park in front of the home, which I understand, as it would make it difficult for the other houses in the cul-de-sac to back out and turn around. However, I’m not clear on why they won’t allow guests to park in the visitor’s spaces. These spaces are plentiful and would be very convenient. That said, the neighborhood outside the community is nice, and seems very safe. We commented to a neighbor about the parking issues, and she said that these “rules” are not enforceable. The outdoor patios are gorgeous. There is only streaming TV (ie no cable/DIRECTV/DISH etc.). Not sure that’s a problem for most people. I would have liked more indirect (lamps) lighting, and more side tables, but that’s just personal preference. All-in-all, a really nice place to stay for a small family on the go.

Great single family home in "gated" community

Lots of great amenities and value for what you are getting. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. The biggest issue is parking. You cannot park in the garage or in front of the garage or on the street. You can only park in the visitor parking for 24 hours and then you have to park outside of the gated community. If you are looking for the security of a gated community, the gate was always open. Although, it seemed to be in a very nice neighborhood. There is a Jacuzzi and pool and the owner did say that both were heated, but the pool was not heated and way too cold to swim. The Jacuzzi works great though. I always read reviews before renting but there were none on this unit so I am assuming the owners are newer to VRBO. Cleanliness could have been a bit better. For example, the coffee maker was not cleaned out with the coffee grounds and there was mold starting to happen. Some of the kitchen utensils were also dirty. Vacuuming could have been a bit better especially the rug in the living room. There are 2 very nice sitting areas outside which we enjoyed. The neighbors were very quiet and friendly when we saw them, although there is a bigger dog next door that did bark when we 1st got there but we didn't hear him after that. Great place to bring your smaller dog and there was a very nice grass area to walk him. There was a pile of remotes for the Tv's. We figured out how the living room one worked but couldn't figure out the 1 in the master bedroom. No biggie. The owners were very quick to respond especially when I couldn't find the code for the front door. We loved the LED wall mounted fireplace heater in the livingroom and propane table heater outside. The furnishings were very homey and nice. Very relaxing place for family and pet. Thank you!

Quiet neighborhood!

Short walk to the pool however since it was not heated we didn’t use it. Property had a very nice outdoor sitting area just outside the patio doors in a small but nicely maintained back yard. Inside had lots of living room seating and room for 6 in the dining room. Communication with the owner/operator was very good. Overall we enjoyed our stay! Thanks Tatiana!
