Situated on a tranquil, country-like street, it is within walking distance to various amenities in the southern part of the vibrant town of Cave Creek. The area is renowned for its hiking opportunities, making it a delightful spot in the Sonoran Desert, easily accessible by car or rideshare to numerous trailheads. The location is ideal, with Starbucks and Dutch Brothers within walking distance, and Sprouts directly across the street for effortless meal preparation. A Super Walmart is just two blocks away, along with popular eateries like Papa John's and Glaze Donuts, known for their exceptional quality. Cave Creek is lively, offering bull riding, live music, dancing, and art galleries, while the neighboring town of Carefree boasts additional shops and dining options. Nearby, Lake Pleasant and Bartlett Lake provide opportunities for relaxation and boat rentals, and ATV and mountain bike rentals are available in the heart of Cave Creek. There is no grass in this area. The landscape is desert. Plenty of parking. The property is a corner lot, both streets are interior roads. One is dirt. The neighborhood has a mix of commercial as mentioned but there is a horse element down both streets. It's Cave Creek Eclectic! The mountain views can be seen from outside but not from the windows inside. NO Parties or Events area allowed. NO SMOKING!!!

This is a great choice for the price. Owner has created a small patio area for outside enjoyment. Much better than a hotel for sure!!!

Cave Creek fun!
We were very happy with this rental. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside as well as walking and hiking from the unit.Love watching the quail and rabbits running around. Had a few questions and our host response was very timely. We would consider this unit in the future!
