Our family of 12 spent 4 nights at the house. It was wonderful. The children ages 4-11 especially loved the trampoline, playground, shuffleboard, pickleball court and basketball. The adults enjoyed the hot tub and playing with the children. The house and grounds are beautiful and there was plenty of room for everyone.

We had a large family group with a baby, two toddlers, 3 teenagers and 8 moms and dads. The house worked great for our group. Teenagers stayed out in the basketball/workout bedroom space. The tvs were great for March Madness viewing. Only thing we never quite figured out was the lighting and music system in the kitchen for the whole house. Not a complaint. Maybe needs to be programmed. If you hit the button labeled kitchen lights at 6 am- you give all the rooms a wake up call with lights at 6 am. Ha! Otherwise- great, clean, fun local hikes, easy jump off point for shopping and activities.

7 year-old granddaughter: “It’s a dreamland”.

This property is very spacious inside and out, with plenty of things to do for all ages. It’s reasonably close to restaurants at Norterra, Desert Ridge and even Scottsdale, and also makes for easy day trips to Sedona.The pool, play area, and home are all larger than they appear in pics…with many more beds than you’ll likely need. Very fun stay.

INCREDIBLE STAY!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay at this Phoenix/Glendale vacation home! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless and beautiful. The outdoor/backyard was an amazing oasis from the waterslide to the shuffleboard to the pickleball to the putt putt and sand volleyball court--WOW! Watching the sunset over the desert sky each evening was a dream. Everyone in our group ages 10-79 found it an absolute dream. The location was perfect — quiet neighborhood but just a short drive to groceries/coffee, hiking trails, and amazing restaurants. The host was incredibly responsive. It truly felt like a home away from home. We highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for comfort, style, tons of activities, and a taste of Arizona charm!

Family Paradise

If you want an all inclusive home with something for the whole family, this is the place for you! We vacationed in Arizona with two families of six and my son loving referred to the backyard as “a kid’s dream world”. There was enough room for all 12 of us and always something to do! The house had an amazing floor plan and the property managers were easy to communicate with. One of my favorite things was the grocery service offered. Our fridge was stocked and we were ready to start cooking once we got there. Definitely a fantastic find!

The outside activities were awesome but the inside of the house was another thing! The freezer didn’t have a handle so you had to open the refrigerator to access it and it wasn’t easy, the lighting system was ridiculous, the light in the master shower would turn off randomly, if someone turned a light on in the bedroom ALL the house lights turned on. The bedroom in the spirts room had black mold on the walls and carpet!!! When we got there 2 off the garbage cans were full and the greeter told us to let her know when we needed it emptied, we did and she made us take a picture of it like we were lying! The comforter in 3 of the bedrooms had urine stains on them and then we found out they don’t wash the comforter, we’re told to just fold them and put them on the beds. The washer reeked of mildew because they don’t crack open the door like you should on a front The furniture and carpet had stains on them. The pictures of the property were probably taken when they first opened it for rental. There was so much chlorine in the pool that it turned the bathing suits green.
