I booked a room but they didn't have it so they gave me another room was too noisy I couldn't sleep near to main road and I told them I really need to switch my room to a different room but they didn't notify the morning g staff and I end up staying waiting for the evening staff to come it was really inconvenient and it made us even more tired not a good experience unfortunately

Ve came 22:00 a clock all the light was closed at the hotel outside and inside the reception , ve through the hotel was locked down. I Can not recommend this hotel for people who coming at Cambodja for first and want to fill save.

The room isnt bad. The gym and spa is fantastic. But the hotel is so cheap they wont turn on the lights in the stairwell or even the hallway during day or night. the staff is really accommodating but the location is too far from anything.

4/5star price for 3star hotel

The gym is a let down and the spa area should open at 7am but they wanted to open it at 10.30am so I had to argue that point which eventuality was accepted. Internet in room is poor. Tv stations do not always work. To shower hot you need to turn taps on it the sink and bath for 5minutes before the shower water is heated. Terrible waste of water. The staff were very nice but lack of European languages including English was hard work. But it was ok

Nice Hotel, bad location

Very nice hotel with nice looking lobby. Unfortunately, the location is not that great. It's located in an industrial/slum area with not much to do at night except for a KTV nearby if you cross the street and turn left. During the day, if you exit the hotel and turn left, there's a small shop that sells roast duck. Don't bother with the coffee shop across the street. No English, No Menu, and no coffee. There's a 24 hour convenience store next door to the hotel for any food/drink needs you have. The breakfast on the first floor was half decent. Eggs cooked to order and a buffet. I tried to Spa, which was decent. They have a hot/cold jacuzzi and the oil massage was $23 for one hour. There's also a gym with nice equipment. The rooms have 2 bathrobes, which is a nice touch. You can fill the tub with hot water for a nice bath in your room. There's an ethernet port under the desk if the wifi is insufficient. There's also coffee and tea making facilities in the room under the TV.

An overall good experience

The staff was friendly, room clean with good air-conditioning but transport back to the hotel was at times tough as many driver seems to be unfamiliar with the hotel. Best to say near the Cambodia-Japan friendship bridge when explaining to the driver.

Great Hotel close to shops and restaurants

My wife and I stayed for 8 days. The staff were excellent. whilst some had difficulty with English, they made every effort to understand our requests or would get someone who did. All staff were extremely friendly and well mannered. We found our room spacious and clean. the buffet breakfast was excellent catering for all types. the main menu was also excellent and fulfilling. the hotel was close to all shops, restaurants and bars. I can only give praise for this motel and would recommend this to all my friends.
