I couldn't even check-in,upon my arrival they said that this hotel is for quarantine only..so I never even get a chance to check-in.Now I'm waiting to get my refund back! I'm hoping that Hotels.com will do the right thing to solve this problem and get my refund back!

The Hotel is a cheater. booked a room that can sleep 2 pax. but was asked to paid for the 2nd pax upon check in. and I can't cancel the booking on spot as its non-refundable. A Hotel that cheat people. will not recommend this hotel

Very comfortable bed and really good quality pillows.Good natural light and plenty of lighting at night.Roof top pool and bar had good views .Gym equipment actually worked unlike most places!Breakfast options adequate but no museli available.Staff very polite.Hotel location short tuk tuk ride from Central market, Royal Palace & museum.Taxi driver from airport was unfamiliar with the hotel probably because it is new and in a side street.Better than GMeekong Hotel where I stayed perviously

Some of the staff were really nice ... the bellboy ( Rahat I think ) and One of the girls in the restaurant ( Semia I think ). The area to improve is probably more of a one on one with guests to know how they actually feel about their holiday...

A good hotel, but the doors are not soundproof. Woken up a couple of times by noisy neighbors. Once they were in the room it was fine. The breakfast was ordinary, but a beautiful view of the city from 13th floor.

Too many china tourists who were so noisy and never respected other people's space who came and sit first at the lobby. They are arrogant people! Never learnt about manner. Understand this is not hotel's fault, but that is my experience to tell.

Great service and great value!

They helped us clean our room at 5pm as requested after we accidentally left the “do not disturb” sign on the door. They also lent us their phone to make a local call for free.

Nice hotel, very dangerous location

The hotel is clean, well-presented with helpful staff. But in a very dangerous area and I was attacked right outside and suffered injuries. The hotel staff didnt have a first aid kit and weren't able to help me clean up my numerous cuts I suffered after bein dragged by a gang of muggers on motorcycles. I was called after my attack to say "the manager will talk to me in the morning" but when the morning came, I was told that "the manager does not work on Sundays". To be fair to the hotel, the rooms are clean and pleasant, the wifi, realiable, staff were friendly but lacked English and communication was a challenge. Not suitable for female travellers or families -extremely dangerous location.

I would stay here again.

Hotel was great. Going to hotel is was kind of sketchy since it's next to regular homes down a side street. Locals were staring at us as we pulled up in the taxi. Not a good feeling since we are tourist. Only problems were the shower drain wasn't draining fast enough, mini fridge wasn't plugged in, air condition didn't cool room which woke us up in a sweat. Besides that it was great. Comfortable beds.
