There are two different kinds of properties: 1. the hotel and 2. the rooms APEC that are owned by independently owned by individuals. I unknowingly rented the latter kind ( APEC). Common areas are crowded and noisy. Too many people. Slow elevator and broken door handles. Loud talking people.

The property is far away from the city with limited options for food. Although the property has a few restaurant's on site , they close real early and the food is reheated food. Check in/out process was very confusing and unorganized. I was unaware that the property was not actual hotels and was private owned. Had to wait for over 30min after checking time for someone to greet us and walk us in to our room.

Although a modern and clean room in a nice development, this was not a hotel. Our first sign was that there was no one around to check us in or check us out. There were receptionists to the building but they did not want to help. We were also not provided the correct room as there was no sofa bed either. We also had some issues with no WiFi (incorrect password provided), no toilet paper and one towel between two. Unfortunately with it not being a hotel there was no one to speak to and the phone number of the apartment went to voicemail. After sending a message after the check out to say we’ve left the key and let the ‘hotel’ know of the issues unfortunately the response was just ‘hi’. I prefer not to provide less than positive reviews but this property really should be advertised as a rented apartment and not a hotel. Overall though not an awful stay it just wasn’t exactly as advertised.

Nice place to stay in Mũi Ne.

The unit is very nice and clean. It appears that the unit has not been set up for guest. The lock box was brand new and the batteries were not even installed. The microwave oven was not even plugged in. However, the overall stay was nice and pleassant.

This newly opened resort is a hidden gem! The rooms are spacious and clean, and the hot water is always perfect. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the pool is to die for. Plus, the beach is only a short walk away.

This is a new resort with top-notch amenities. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the hot water works perfectly. The staff makes you feel so welcome, always going out of their way to assist. The pool is beautiful, and the beach is just a few minutes away.
