Wonderful little property

Wonderful beachfront little property in the center of Mui Né with all services around. Room and furniture are older but well-maintained and comfortable. The 2 ladies taking care of the place are lovely and doing a really good job at maintaining the grounds and the pool. Infinity pool is really nice, long enough to do laps if you are a swimmer and the water is clean and clear. Breakfast was wonderful with table service compared to the disappointing one I had the day before at a supposedly 4-star property. So, overall, really impressed for a 2-star property. The reviews and ratings did not lie.

The resort is located between a big seafood restaurant and a Karaoke bar, the noise and smell from restaurant which coming to the room and the singing noises from the bar made the whole place terrible for a relax vacation. Breakfast might be good for local people and some Asian people but if you are from other countries like us, you have not much option. We initially booked the place for 7 nights but could not stay there mire than two nights and left the resort without any refund.

There is always one that spoils the party, those party poopers are us!! We were so looking forward to staying after such good reviews...... Although we were late checking in - midnight, the person that greeted us didn’t even smile! We were swiftly taken to our room and left. The room was very dated and the arrival information made us scared to leave belongings in the room. The advice was to - “put all our valuables in the hotel safe” yet there was no one to take it at reception all day. There was however a lovely Canadian lady (teaching English to the owners daughter) who was as helpful as she could be but told us reception would be open later, it was 8pm before we saw anyone. We asked for help at 6pm but there again was no one. The internet needled rebooting all day but the lovely Canadian lady was unsure how to do it. The shower was desperately poor!! It took ages to get warm then when it did, it would just stop, again no one to ask. The bathroom was very dated also!! We couldn’t wait to get out of the place and stayed only the one full day. Again no one asked how our stay was. We have now stayed in many equally priced hotels across Vietnam and this was by far the worst. The breakfast was nice unless it was windy, there is no where to shelter from it and your food and beverages simply blow all over you! Not at all the rating it is, our worst £50 budget (per night) hotel by by far!!

Fantastic place to stay in Mui Ne

The Grace Boutique Hotel is a beautiful place to stay in Mui Ne. Van, Loan and their staff are absolutely amazing and very welcoming - from the free drink at check-in to the casual conversations about life in Vietnam and abroad. The hotel room itself is very well kept, immaculately clean and set in a convenient location. For those who may be getting around solo, I felt very safe during my stay here. Thank you Van, Loan and team for a short but fantastic stay.

A little slice of Heaven!

Outstanding! Nothing here is overlooked, from the fresh flowers in your room, to delicious fruit cocktails served to you in the heat of the day! We have never been more impressed by hosts, than with Van and Loane, who are genuinely the kindest, most generous and friendliest people you would ever wish to meet! This is reflected in their staff, and the resort itself! Cannot rate this stay highly enough...pure bliss!

Absolutely Perfect

I can not recommend this hotel enough. It’s hardly a hotel, more like a luxury home stay. Van and Loan, the owners, are the nicest people you could ever meet and do everything they can to make you feel welcome. We were two of 8 guests in the hotel at the time so it is a very personal experience, we even enjoyed a tea party Van and Loan hosted one afternoon to get to know their guests. The hotel is in a great location although you do have to rent a moped to get to explore Muine properly as it is such a long area. The rooms are very comfortable with clean bathrooms and fruit platters laid out for you every day. I will never stay anywhere else in Muine. Thank you for a great stay Van, Loan and Grace.

Great stay at Grace Boutique Resort

Grace Boutique Resort was a great place to stay overall. The owners were very friendly and helpful and addressed any questions or needs we had. The room we stayed in (deluxe room, sea view) was clean, had sufficient space and amenities and was comfortable overall though some of the furniture is a bit outdated or on the older side. The view from the balcony on the 3rd floor was great for enjoying a drink and watching sunsets. There were very few people staying while we were there which made it feel almost private at times. Breakfast was huge and delicious each day. The grounds and pool area were well maintained and great for relaxing (plus a complimentary smoothie). Only things to note are that there is no real beach front area in this stretch as the waves come right up to the sea wall at most tides and there isn't as much development right near this hotel, so longer walks or a taxi are required if exploring beyond the handful of restaurants right nearby. If you're looking to spend a handful of relaxing days in Mui Ne while checking out the sand dunes or other popular sites and don't need to be right near a ton of restaurants, Grace Boutique is a great option at a reasonable price.

Lovely Hotel, a great experience ‼️‼️

This hotel is a real treasure! The staff was extremely friendly & helpful & the room was spacious with a great balcony. We enjoyed relaxing by the lovely pool where everyday we were given a great smoothie or other drink. What a treat! Breakfast was served in a lovely area with good views. Tho not a buffet we were served an ample, very very delicious breakfast & never went away at all hungry! The internet was great, a plate of fresh fruit was left in our room each day & the bed was very comfortable. All in all a great find! We will definitely stay here on our return to Mui Ne. Thanks so much to our hosts‼️

Beautiful hotel on the beach

We have spent a month in Vietnam and planned to spend a few days at Grace Hotel. We changed our booking and stayed a week and what a fabulous place to unwind, relax and enjoy the tranquility. The rooms are spacious, beautifully appointed, lovely patio to enjoy and watch the sun go down. The grounds are so beautiful with flowers, gardens, palm trees and a wonderful 20 metre infinity pool. Lounge chairs are comfortable with pads. You can enjoy the pool and garden in sun or shade. Luan and Van, our hosts, had breakfast with the guests and a great way to find out about the area, get ideas as to things you can see. The small touches, fruit smoothies brought to everyone around the pool mid morning and if you are out sightseeing, they bring it to you when you get in....fresh flowers in your room, a complimentary bbq lunch one day....beautiful art work in your room....it is all the little things! One day Luan asked her Gardner to climb the coconut palm and cut some coconuts down so we could have a drink and see the insides, eat some coconut and have a wonderful drink.
