The accommodation is in a sunny, quiet and central location on the outskirts with a wonderful view of the mountains and the castle.
Cozy house in a quiet, central location with a beautiful terrace, barbecue area, garden hut and sunbathing area. The holiday room " Blick Falkenstein " is located in a row house.
The room is equipped with central heating. All leisure facilities, restaurants, bakeries, butchers and shops, train station, bus stop are within easy walking distance.
The DG vacation apartment offers space for 1- 4 persons((a double bed, a couch with sleeping function for two people on a retractable platform). possibly infant up to 2 years (travel cot).
Fully equipped kitchenette, toaster, kettle, Fully automatic coffee machine (suitable for coffee beans and instant coffee),microwave.

Super Urlaub trotz nicht perfekten Wetter
Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit...wir sind herzlichen empfangen worden .
Die Dachgeschoss wohnung ist zwar klein aber sehr geräumig.
Die Wohnung ist schön gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber !
Wir sind 6 nächste mit 4 personen 3 Erwachsene und 1 kind zu Gast gewesen und konnten uns dennoch mit der Größe der Wohnungen arrangieren .
Besonders zu erwähnen ist auch das die Gastgeber Mitglieder der Königskarte sind und die Gäste dadurch zahlreiche angebote in der Umgebung kostenlos nutzen können....echt top sache .
Wir würden jederzeit wieder als Gast dort einkehren und wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort .

Schnuckelige FeWo für Menschen unter 1,80 m
Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt; die Gastgeber waren sehr offen und kommunikativ.
Durchweg 5 Punkte außer bei "Genauigkeit des Inserats", da die Ferienwohnung über die schmale Raumspartreppe - bei größeren Reisetaschen wie bei uns - etwas schwierig zu beziehen ist.
Vorschläge zur weiteren Verbesserung:
- Klimaanlage (bei 3 sonnigen Tagen in Folge heizt sich die Wohnung doch relativ schnell auf -> und bei uns war das Wetter noch eher wechselhaft)
- Kleiderstange (z.B. oberhalb des kleinen Fensters zur Straße hin) und Kleiderbügel, um auch mal Klamotten lüften / trocknen zu können

Trotz Dauerregen angenehme Tage..
Aussergewöhnliche Dachwohnung, mit originellen Raumlösungen. Das Bett ist auf Schienen verschiebbar.
Geschirr, Besteck, etc - alles sehr sauber! Lappen, Schwämme - alles neu! Super! Ausstattung perfekt - ohne Spülmaschine. Leider Dauerregen (Hochwasser Ende Mai 2024) - zum Glück Smart-TV. ;)
Alles perfekt für 2 Erwachsene - evtll. mit Kleinkind geeignet.
Sehr, sehr nette Gastgeber - gerne wieder.
Ich hoffe, beim nächsten Mal sehen wir die Sonne, dann können wir auch die Königs-Card nutzen!

Tolle Gastgeber mit super Lage in die Berge
Die Treppe zur Wohnung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig hat uns aber nicht groß gestört, Preis-Leistung stimmt einfach. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und als Ausgangspunkte in die Berge ideal.

Hervorragende Lage
Eine einfache Anfahrt, zusammen mit einem herzlichen Empfang lassen den Urlaub blendend beginnen. Die Ferienwohnung ist äußerst sauber und der Raum mit innovativen Ideen optimal genutzt.
