Good property for our family of 6 Children loved the pool preferred it to the beach! Lots of outdoor space for 3and 6 year old to play in safe environment Good air conditioning in the three main bedrooms,well equipped kitchen good tv(olympics)

Belle propriété où il ne fait pas bon vivre... Fuyez !!!

La propriété est certes bien agencée mais se relaxer dans le jardin est difficile car la maison est très mal située, se trouvant à un carrefour de routes passantes. Et au coin de la propriété se trouvent 6 containers à ordures ménagères très fréquentés par les riverains, dont les verres! D'où de nombreuses nuisances, sans compter qu'1 fois par jour, de gros camions viennent vider les containers par grue (magnifique vue depuis la piscine!..) Le jour notre arrivée (et après plus de 10h de route...) le niveau de la piscine était au minimum requis pour que la pompe fonctionne (selon le livret d'accueil). On nous a gentiment demandé de le faire! Chose dont vous vous dispenserez volontiers après 10 heures de route! Qt à la propreté cela laissait vraiment à désirer: WC encrassés, douche entartrées, plans de travail graisseux, table à manger hyper collante (montrant le manque flagrant d'entretien). Mais le plus grave, les draps de lit étaient tous tachés et non lavés ! On nous a donc fourni de la lessive pour les laver et pouvoir les changer! Incroyable! Enfin, il y a une forte odeur de renfermé dans l'appart du rdc et les 2 chbres, sans fenêtre (car il s'agit du ss-sol de la maison) sont très difficile a vivre en été! Nous avons pris de nombreuses photos que nous avons partagées avec les propriétaires et ils ont estimé notre dédommagement à 100 eur pour un séjour de 16 nuits à 460 eur la nuit! Bien maigre effort quand on doit faire fasse à de tels problèmes d'hygiène !FUYEZ !

Superbe maison & très bel extérieur

Maison très confortable avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. Nous étions 11 avec un bébé, chaque couple disposait de sa chambre. L’extérieur est magnifique et le terrain de pétanque très apprécié. Les commerces sont à proximité ainsi que certaines plages. Grasses est une très belle ville. Merci à Alexandra qui nous a très bien accueilli avec des explications claires et qui nous a suggéré de très bonnes adresses. Merci aux propriétaires nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.

Des vacances au top!!

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans cette Villa. Tout était parfait! Nous avons été accueillis par Alexandra qui nous a fait une visite des lieux. Tout était prêt pour que nous soyons les mieux accueillis possible. L’intérieur des lieux était tout ce qu’il y a de plus pratique pour accueillir de la famille et des amis. Beaucoup de chambres, 3 salles de bain, une grande cuisine, beaucoup de vaisselle et un grand frigo! Mais ce qu’il y avait de plus beau était la zone extérieure!! Une magnifique piscine, un équipement extérieur très confortable et de qualité, beaucoup de place pour pouvoir être nombreux. Tout cela dans un endroit calme et reposant. En ajoutant à cela, un emplacement proche de toute la Riviera. Juste au top ! On y retournera certainement, nous avons passé 2 magnifiques semaines. Merci encore aux propriétaires et à Alexandra pour ce séjour inoubliable.

Beautiful and charming house in quiet abandonment

It is a lovely, beautiful and very charming house that is perfectly located in terms of being able to experience the area around Nice, Cannes, Antibes and Frejus. We had a great week and the only problem was that we had not booked the house for two weeks :-) The host couple are sweet and provide a distinguished service, and everything about the house works impeccably. The pool is beautiful and the many good terraces and 'seating areas' are super cozy. The house, the area and the host couple get our warmest recommendations and we definitely expect to return.

Perfect als je even alles wil vergeten en de rust wil opzoeken!

We hebben enorm genoten van een weekje in deze villa. Alles was ruim voorzien. Ook super veel en leuk speelgoed aanwezig voor de kids. Voldoende en zeer ruime kamers. Onze grote kinderen hadden zelfs hun eigen plekje... we raden deze villa zeker aan! Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw en gastheer! Alles was tip top in orde!!!!
